My experience with them was great. Got my travel packages, at a very affordable price.
Sometimes, communication becomes at an issue, maybe it's because they are short of staff and dealing with lots of people. However, my trip was well planned, and had absolutely no issues, so yes, at the end of the day, they delivered what I paid for, so 5 star well deserved.
I will use them again, and recommend them.

I got my PR visa with help of AMI Visas... I'm very lucky that my consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything went smooth and will be in Canada this March.

I wouldn't give them even one star. I engaged AMI in December 2022 for the Australia migration service. There was no movement at all on my application for over half a year. My Account manager, Monica kept telling me that it was out of her hands. I eventually gave up and requested for a refund. When the refund didn't come I wrote a review here that they didn't like. They contacted me and told me in no uncertain terms that I should take down my review or I would not be getting my refund. I obliged and took down the review. Two months later I'm still battling to get my refund. They don't reply emails, the phones don't get answered. The Sales Rep at the Harare office, Max always says 'I will follow up with the finance office'. Its been FIVE months since I asked for my refund and any hope of ever getting it is fading away. Its been a year since I engaged AMI for the migration service. I must say it's a very intricate SCAM. If you engage them, it will end in tears.

Secondly, let me clarify that AMI Education and Visa Services, a Subsidiary of the AMI Group of Companies is NOT THE EMBASSY, CONSULATE, or IMMIGRATION AUTHORITY. We do not GRANT or APPROVED Visas. We are simply a Visa Consultancy, that help or aid you in your visa application process, by providing step by step guidance and expert documentation filing. We have no control over the decision-making process, neither do we have control over the processing time. Embassies, Consulates or Immigration authorities may take up to 2 years to decide on a Visa application depending on the visa type, visa kind, documents submitted, etc. Visa Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, hence individual circumstances greatly affect the visa application timeline and outcome. All we can do is help with the pre-submission process, and once your application is submitted, there's nothing else we can do moving forward, and this disclaimer is clearly stated within the Agreement you signed.
WE DON'T GRANT VISAS, and DON'T HAVE CONTROL over how long the relevant authorities take to APPROVED A VISA.

My Account manager Monica always had one response. "Wait". I was very disappointed with their service. They kept my money for a year with zero movement on my Australian dream. I asked for a refund after 10 months, its nearly 3 months since I asked, I still haven't received it. Their sales pitch is very impressive but the service you get afterwards is extremely disappointing. I doubt very much if the positive reviews here are from actual clients. If you are going to engage AMI, tread carefully, it will end in tears.
My experience with AMI Education was great. I was able to get 6 years Canada Visitor Visa through them for my family and I. Everything was great. Highly recommend them.
My PR processing has been pretty smooth with ami as of now. Trokon has been constantly in touch with me giving updates. He has been very courteous and helpful in setting my documentation for ACS and finally in submitting the request. Thank you AMI and special shout-out to Trokon!

Was a wonderful experience. They were very helpful in setting up our Honeymoon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an experience like no other! They are knowledgeable, accommodating and worth every second!
This company is a Scam and Fraudulent. My 2,500 US dollar is with them. I have all proofs. I'm sitting on more than 4 months from the day I paid them yet they said in 12 weeks your Visa will be out and sitting on 1½ month from the day I requested my refund yet they said I will be refunded my full money when 12weeks passes if I don't get a Visa. As I write, No one from their Accounts department is returning my emails, only autoreply. The so called Agents, * are so quiet like they never spoken or advertised to me. Always ignoring my messages. I know that I'm not the only one crying for the money so I have decided to stand on behalf of all. I have their address but If anyone who has more information about their whereabouts please contact me, if it is to bring Hawks or Interpol or CIO, I'm ready. I will go raise it to my Mozambique Embassy in SA and then proceed to the International Relations offices, crime and investigation department, and everywhere in the world's social media platform/followers of AMI will hear about this. I was shy to come out but hey, this money is giving me nightmares everyday. I'm not going to hide my Google status because I'm been honest in what I'm saying. If it is war, I will fight because loosing this money is like loosing my life. This is my 1st review and I am gonna go every social media platform for theirs and write up for Scam and Fraud. Alùta Contínua. Please take my advice. Never ever use this Company. Never get brainwashed with the FAKE, lies, and manipulative good reviews from their people.Contact me 1st if you need more clarity.

You subscribed for our service, and received, our Service Level Agreement (SLA) whichis an integral part of our engagement, and clearly outlines our commitment and obligation to you as a company (Service Provider) and your commitment and obligation to us as a client (Service receiver). You possessed the full legal and moral authority, as well as the constitutional entitlement, to abstain from signing the SLA subsequent to thoroughly perusing its contents.
You were in your right state of mind, of legal age, used your own device, and signed the agreement electronically, from the comfort of your home or office, which we assumed you read carefully before signing since that's what anyone will logically do. You were not coerced, pressured, manipulated, or mandated to sign the agreement/contract. Therefore, asserting that you were forced to sign the agreement is absurd, and further stating that it is bogus is irrational considering that you willingly signed it, as per the content of the agrment you signed, you have all legal rights to apply for a refund, if you can no longer wait. As per our records, there's no indication (verbally or electronically) of you requesting for a refund of your payment made.
Kindly note that we are not the Embassy, Consulate, or Diplomatic Represenative of any country, and do not have the right to grant you visa, and do not also have control of the time frame or chanin of events. We are just a consultancy that help guide and provide visa application assistance The timing, and decision making process, including how long it takes are in the hands of the relevant Embassy or Consulate. Unfortunately, we can not change that, and this is also clearly outlined within the SLA you signed.
You retain the opportunity to send us an email regarding your refund request, should you want your money refunded as per the terms and conditions of the SLA you signed.
