Let me just say that my experience with AMI Travel could not of been any better from when I booked it originally until our involvement together was complete, and I owe those kudos for the excellent superb customer service to Tanaka my consultant. She assisted me thru a situation with my reservation and was able to provide me, the customer… the exact solution I had hoped for and she kept me informed as we worked thru the issue… AMI Travel and Tours is not just a Travel Agency but also a company that cares about more than it's bottom line… and it's excellent people like Tanaka that are willing to offer that over and above service that so many other companies and their customer service people do not!
