American trucks always has what I need and even with the exchange in money from Canadian to US currency. It's still cheaper. Parts are accurate and fit perfectly every time

The Ranger running boards arrived in the amount of time promised. The product was in good condition and exactly as advertised. The running boards were installed by me in about an hour without any modifications required.
I would recommend this business to anyone.

I received the wrong part and was told it was the right one which it was not. It is being sent back today for a full refund.

My order of headlights and taillights arrived on different days. The headlights arrived on the 29th and were as ordered in good working condition. The taillights were delivered on the 31st and when I opened the box, the driver's side light had a large crack running across its red part of the lense. I contacted American Truck on Jan 2 and spoke with Heather ext. 214, she apologized for the inconvenience right off and handled my request for return and replacement quickly. The taillights were a drop ship directly from a different company so I had to wait until that company got the delivery notification to American Trucks from Fed Ex. I recieved my email with return label and notification of replacement shipped thst same evening. I appreciate the great customer service and Heather's professionalism.

Disappointed in the tailgate cap was a 1/4inch short each side and had one of the fasteners broke off. Would have been very pleased if the cap would have fit.

I ordered from your company before. The Tri-Fold Tonneau cover I purchased was easy to install and looks great. I am looking forward to installing the rear wheel liners I just received.

Everything went smooth when buying what I wanted from American Trucks! Received my item fast with no issues at all.

Easy ordering process and received shocks in good order. Second time using the Ranchos, easy install. Except for the red boot, hard to get that over the end of the shock. Also funny the stickers are just crammed into the box and crushes by the shock (Didn't plan to put them on anyway).

Tonneau cover arrived as expected. Only complaint is the included instructions weren't clear being that I have a short bed Chevy, you have to use a factory hole to through bolt the latch bracket. Would've been nice if that was stated, instead I was left thinking it wouldn't work for my truck and spent an extra 15 mins searching the internet for an answer. All in all seems like a well built cover for the price!
