My first order, March 20, was for a driver's side tail light assembly with a chrome housing, as shown online and in the order confirmation email. I was pleased with the process and shipping time, but when it arrived, it was the tail light with the black/smoke housing. I contacted customer service to explain what happened (I even submitted a photo of the tial light on the truck next to the item I received, and they promptly issued an RMA and a label. They said the correct part (with the chrome housing) would be sent as soon as they received FedEx confirmation that the part had been shipped back. Easy and quick process. I got an email confirming that the item (tail light assembly with a chrome housing) had been shipped. Within a few days (again, great shipping times) the replacement item arrived. Great. But when I opened the box, I saw that I had received the same item, the tail light assembly with the black/smoke housing. Rather than try to explain, again, the mixup, I simply ordered a passenger side tail light with the black/smoke housing so I at least would have matching sides. The new order arrived and I have matching tail lights. So, my experience cost a little more than I had planned, but in the end it worked. I say that with one caveat; I have not yet installed them. I have faith that everything will be fine.

Good price, quick shipping and delivery. Would have rated 5 stars, but driver side rear fender flare was scratched when it came out of the box. American Trucks did issue $75 refund as I already had them installed and did not want o remove to have to reinstall a new set.

Very pleased with the seat covers, fit nicely on seat, not on console, they weren't made for the opening center seat panel, but thats not what I was trying to protect I would have bought them for just the seats any way.

I received my order promptly. Everything was easy to install and works as described.

Good quality and reasonable price. $100 cheaper than local parts store and it was new not a reman. Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Took 1 hour to put in. Definitely worth it.

Order from American trucks! Ordered an ATS turbocharger for my poor ailing 2014 F250 6.7 on a Saturday and received it on Wednesday! Currently in the process of installing so I cannot provide a review or pics on the product at this time but will in the near future! 100% recommend American Trucks for getting what you need when you need it!

Great for a carpenter plenty of storage space and can still put plywood ext on top of it.

Parts fit great but ran in a problem in disassembly
