The only issue I had was getting the upper mounts through the bumper and grill. You need to really loosen up your bumper bolts and pull down hard to slip the brackets through. I ended up scratching a bit of the bumper on the inside. Deff consider getting some help with that part. Otherwise its an easy straightforward install.

Parts were what I needed to lower my running boards for easier access, had to drill extra holes to install but was not difficult. Brackets were good quality and I am well satisfied.

Ordered a bed cover and not only was the product late, but box was badly damaged and vital components missing. The product is useless at this point without the ability to mount it to the bed.

Personally had I a terrible experience, payed extra for expedite shipping and did not receive the lights in a timely manner. Also had to pay extra to ship the lights back.

For the return tag fee unfortunately our return tags cost $10.00 and are not refundable but you can choose your own return method if you choose not to use our pre-paid fed ex return labels in the future. I purchased some new headlights for my 2014 Silverado. The truck came apart pretty easy. I am good at it now due to doing it 203 times to make corrections. Please note to remember to test the lights prior to bolts and to test the lights to ensure they are level, not offset like mine were. I had to remove parts again to make adjustments for level. Any front end damage will make this slightly harder, mostly in removing parts. Lights installed pretty easy overall!

ORDERED A TRUCK SLIDER. SITE INDICATED ITEM WAS IN STOCK. AFTER PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE THE RECIEPT STATED BOTH ITEMS WERE IN STOCK AND NO ITEMS BACKORDERED.
24 HOURS LATER RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING THE SLIDER WAS BACKORDERED AND THERE WOULD BE A DELAY. NOT COOL.
