The order was great just didn't now I needed another part for what I ordered. And it wont fit my stock catalytic converter I would have to buy the shorts catalytic converter to fit my headers I've got.

I have already made some purchases on this company's website. I will be very honest, do not buy from them. Most of my orders came missing something. The worst was a set of 4 shock absorbers that I bought, two rear and two front. They only delivered the rear. I have already made 5 calls via chat. The last one was almost 15 days ago, they told me that my missing product would be sent within 3 days. And they did not send it and do not give any explanation. Every time I go into the chat, they ask the same questions. They do not even have the ability to check my history to know what is happening. And they always say that they will send it. In short, I lost a lot of money. I also bought an Intak air system and it came missing a part. I bought a set of brake covers and it came missing parts. I gave up on that one and threw it away. Terrible company.
Bought a Saleen rear deck panel. $42. Gotta love it. Easy to install. Just be careful with your paint job. A little finesse is all it takes. I used a couple of door panel tools a rag. Took my time and saved all the clips. New panel doesn't come with your clips, so you might get em all too.

I returned a set of wheels. Part of the agreement of the return (spoke with Mary Jane) was a partial refund issued to store credit. Was advised this was 100 percent ok to do and went thru with the return. Now, after the return was completed, the part of my refund (only approx 60 dollars) was returned to a pre paid visa gift card that I originally used and have no longer instead of being returned to store credit. This is not a fault of my own as the refund arrangements were made and agreed to prior to me returning my items. Now American muscle claims the refund can't be reversed and I'm out of my store credit even though I made it clear to issue that part of the refund as store credit and was advised by a lead this would be what would happen. Now American muscle only tells me to call the gift card company which I cannot do as I don't have the card number any longer. Had I known this would be an issue I would never have done the return. As a repeat customer, it's unfortunate the customer service has reached this level. If we can replay the telephone call as part of quality control it would be clear the error is on American Muscle and not myself. Called Mary Jane twice and no response, left vmail
Ordered an axle back exhaust system for a 2017 Mustang and the package came with 2 drivers side mufflers instead of a drivers and passengers.
Very easy to order even thow my part is not in stock. But I will wait forever it. Or I will talk to a sales representative see if I can find something similar to what I order. But I'm happy fore now…

I order rims and tires from you all that you all said would fit my challenger but I take them to get mounted and balanced and I have to have spacers for my tires! So not only you wouldn't help me get my tires installed but now I have to buy something else

Only got half my order. First time I ordered anything and just got the underhood chrome dress-up kit. Smoked lens cover not shipped. One the email address it showed those were in stock.

Every time I have called American muscle, they have been very helpful with finding my product, making sure it's the right product and assisting with checkout. I am more than pleased with the service and product I received from American muscle.
I new American Muscle was known for a quality experience, but when i purchased these i did jot expect to have them on my car in 2 days! They shipped very quickly and they came pre-balanced with everything ready to install! Took maybe 30 minutes tops.
I've used AM a few times and always fast shipping, I ordered a $780 exhaust system and after installing everything but the last tailpipe I realized they sent me two drivers side pipes, well I called them and explained that I'm not removing the system I'll make it work, I felt that a nice future discount on a cam kit I will be getting but the best I got was a $20 voucher, I get that mistakes happen maybe work on quality control a bit, looks like I'll get my engine goodies elsewhere...
I went to install the parts that I received around Christmas time because the weather was finally warm enough to do the work. However, one of the parts did not fit correctly. It was a MP Concepts GT350 Rear Spoiler. I already did all the work to remove the stock spoiler, which was not easy, so my car was already a bit messed up and then found out that the part did not fit the curvature of the deck lid. I tried to do a return on the part however since it was ore than 30 days I was not able to do a return. Since I had already removed the stock part I had to do something so I ordered a different rear spoiler. This second one also does not fit correctly but I was able to make it work but its still not exactly right. I come to find out later that a convertible deck lid is not the same as a coupe however there is no option on the AM site to specify convertible when you enter in which year and model of car you have. This all adds up to a terrible customer experience on many different levels. #1, there should be an option to indicate that you are buying parts for a convertible to make sure the parts will fit. #2, you should have an option to return items that are purchased at Christmas and return in the spring when the snow melts and its finally warm enough to do the project., especially if the part is defective or does not fit. I have been a customer for many years, but I doubt that I will be any longer.
The deck lid panel did not fit after I put the exact model of my car and it was stated that it will fit, I had to cut off the tabs so it could go in for the bottom it didn't have those 4 screw holes so now I'm stuck with it with it being loose from the bottom bc it didn't come with the holes for the screws to go in. One of them is the OEM and the other is the one I bought. The second picture is showing the screw holes that the part they sent me didn't come with
