Although my order was lost the customer service and feedback was phenomenal the staff stayed in constant correspondence with me and even refunded me my shipping cost customer service assured me that my package would arrive on schedule and it did excellent customer service

Placed my first order for a couple of products. Communication was great. Shipping was fast. Packing was perfect. Would buy from again!

I placed and Oder with them and ever since they charged me for the order, I have had no real updates. Was supposed ship out 5 days ago and nothing else. Online chat has no real answers and follows the usual script. Said I will be contacted in 2 to 3 days when they may have a tracking number. So, that means they are pushing for more than the time frame given. Cannot cancel because it's "locked in" for shipping.

Order a solid aluminum machined shifter knob, Mach 1 style, for my 2002 GT. Gorgeous appearance and well-made. The challenge was getting it to fit properly on the shift lever. They provide a nut that should be threaded on the lever prior to the shifter knob. Once done, the shifter knob doesn't sit low enough on the lever. Instead, I had to insert a filler piece inside the knob itself, and used a plastic drywall anchor. Then, I was able to screw the knob down firmly and tightly on the threaded shift lever. My makeshift solution seems to work, but wish more thought had been given to threading and properly seating the shifter knob on the standard, OEM shift lever.

I got my order earlier than expected which was very helpful. I've only had good experiences with you guys. Thank you!

I was delivered the wrong item, even though AM was quick on the response and offered to send the right part I needed to get the car fixed so I had to ask for a refund and get the part in a local shop. I have bought other parts from AM and never had any issues. They are very professional and have a awesome costumer service. It was just unfortunate. (The star rating was for this purchase in particular, but overall it's a good place to get your parts and definitely recommend!)

It all works well, I even like that protection on the way it is packaged and shipped
