Tried to have it taken care of and canceled but they cannot cancel it. He told me they said that I would have to receive it and return it which held me up from purchasing from someone else that I could've had in two days or less from Amazon. They should not tell you 2 day shipping when it was a week or more

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
