Spent nearly $100 for one small picture frame and received a bunch of UNASSEMBLED parts that require having a workshop full of tools and woodworking skills to assemble - including owning a power DRILL (which I don't have). Been trying nearly a month and I can't even get them to reply to an email so I can send their pieces back. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Be warned - customer service is non-existent.
I have ordered from American Frame many times in the past and I've always been very satisfied with the quality of their products. I've e-mailed with questions and asked about samples mailed to me and they have always been good with their customer service. I wish more places were like this.
