My three Roman Shades are just what I hoped for. They work well with the remotes and fairly easy to install.

Would have given 5 stars, but the blind has a memory on one side that makes it bounce back up a few inches when closed. Will have to contact customer service for recommendations.

The ordering process was simple and easy to follow. I was kept in the loop about the shipping and delivery. The blind is absolutely beautiful! One happy customer! Would definitely recommend!

Ordering was easy, shipping was ok. Ordered two identical wood blinds, they look great! One works perfectly, the other will not stay up, it gradually sags about six inches. Kind of annoying.

Finding products was ok, but I would not know what I needed to connect to a smart home without previous experience. I still do not understand the relationship between Eve and the previous Motionblinds' devices. Also, the website does not make it clear that a right hand control will place the USB in the back, making recharging diffiicult.

I received a large blind for my sliding patio door. The cords were packed in an improper manner causing them to be severely knotted. I spent overv4 hours trying to undo the mess. I have installed several similar blinds purchased from other companies with no issues. I contacted American blinds and advised of the knotted mess. The representative said American Blinds will send me a new blind in its place at no cost. She requested a picture of the knotted issue. I received a new blind in about 4 weeks at no charge. Unsurpassed customer service!

Very helpful when I needed them to find my OLD previous blind order so that I could order another one to replace an even old one that I had from another company. I love my American Blinds. I waited 3 weeks for the blinds I ordered for my new house. They were packaged so poorly that the head rail on one of the blinds was bent. Customer Service did order a replacement part, but it took another 3 weeks for it to arrive. As a result I had no blinds in my bedroom for 6 weeks.

Nice blinds, much higher quality than what I usually get from home improvement stores. Only downside of my order was a defect for one window. I ordered 3. Customer service was really good. Would buy from them again.

American Blinds had the best offer for custom made blinds. This was my first time having to get custom blinds. The entire process was effortless & I am so happy with blinds, They look so good in my huge kitchen window. I loved that i could pick the color i wanted & not settle for the basic white.

The blinds are of great quality. Unfortunately I miss measured on one of the blinds. So I only have the one over my sink up.

I ordered 2 sets of blinds for our front and back doors, plus 2 high quality shades for odd shaped kitchen windows. I've already installed the 2 blinds and they look great. I believe I can do one of the installations in the kitchen. The other one might need younger and nimbler hands. So far, my wife and I are thrilled with the window coverings.

Both outdoor shades arrived in a timely fashion, correct color, all hardware in the box with the instructions. These were custom roller shades and the sizing was cut to the right specifications with the raising/lowering chains on the correct sides. DIY installation was not a problem, total time for the two shades was around 1 hour.

These blinds are the final set to make our entire house with ten (10) Bali blinds.

Ordered three different sets of blinds and everything showed up perfectly fitting and exactly what I ordered. Arrived sooner than expected.
