Amazon Rip off
I bought a video camera from Simple Vsky through Amazon market place, the camera was returned to Simple Vsky at my own expense, since which time I have recieved numerous e. Mails from Simple Vsky claiming they would or have sent a replacement, all lies, Amazon are saying they have to get a refund from Simple Vsky before they can refund me, thats not about to happen, Simple Vsky are almost certainly a SCAM. I am sick to the teeth of phoning Amazon to be fobbed off, I will never buy through Amazon again,
Amazon you are as big a rip off as Simple Vsky.

Living in spain, where many things are still not available, this site has been invaluable to me. Excellent service and reasonable postage rates.

Love Amazon, i buy off them all the time never had a problem, i get my e books off them they have a great range to choose from and even free one's!.
I never worry about delivery as i have always got my goods on time and always in top condition.

If you try Amazon Prime, make sure u cancel it on time.
You've got the opportunity to try it as many times as you want but cancel it straightaway, otherwise you will be automatically charged after a month.
Overall it's ok because as soon as I've called them asking for my money back, they've cancelled the transaction! They really care about their customers!

Amazon = Above Average Service but Badly Below Buisness Scruples

You may be forgiven for thinking with a name like Amazon, their websites going to be a bit of a jungle; where as in fact nothing could be further from the truth. Then you'll say with Amazons record on UK Corporation tax payments, that their waters run very muddy, and that is very close to the truth. Anyway that has got the analogies out the way, so on with the review. I have used Amazon for many years and have always had good service from them and their market place. Prices are always competitive but I always check with other sites to be sure I get the best deal. Delivery times are usually adequate, even with the free super saver offers.

I must admit that I don't use Amazon as much as I used too, that old Corporation tax business kinda grates.

WALLY'S-PENNY-BOOKS UK. This third party seller on Amazon are run by incompetents and are managed by an extremely unpleasant and bombastic individual named Adrian Thompson-Davies. They advertise their products incorrectly, fail to communicate effectively with both Amazon and their customers, have negative customer feedback removed, send insulting emails and believe themselves to be above criticism. They harass, threaten and intimidate an unhappy customer into shutting up and putting up with their incompetence and rudeness. After they did all this they complained to Amazon about me.

The Amazon Marketplace is good, however alot of us fail to understand that there are 3rd party sellers who provide the service/ product via the Amazon Platform. They put in the hard work and Amazon takes the credit/ commision. However apart from that Amazon do have good prices but ship very slowly when opting for the 'free delivery' option unlike if you purchase from the 3rd party seller who usually despatch within 2 days. Overall the buying experience is good and quick however prices are cheaper outside amazon by the sellers who sell on their own sites so shop around!

I love this website, and have great respect for it. I've been a member for over 10 years, and love everything about it. Great variety, great services, great everything.

Customer service is incredible. You just have to email them if you have any problem, and they don't hesitate to help. If your order was lost in the mail, they resend it free of charge. If the packaging was bad, they will correct the problem in the best way possible. And they really DO deliver on time.

And here's the best part: If you're bored, you can just go on the site and provide information about books, movies, and music you already own, which ones you like and which you don't, and they send you recommendations accordingly.

I think I'm in love with Amazon. But after everything they provided me with, how can I not? I trust this website more than any other website ever.
