I'm a big fan of Amazon and in general I recommend 100%. But sometimes there are products on offer that I try to buy only to receive a message at checkout that they can't ship that particular product to the UK. It's annoying as they should not promote products they can't ship. Just my thoughts.

Just about as good as it gets. Great prices, payment is only taken once goods are despatched, and an easy returns process.

I like the market place over the standard products. Good prices and unlike ebay the products are legit...

You can find mostly what you want and the dispatch times are reliable.

I'm very very pleased with the products, the speedy delivery and pretty much everything! I only have a beef with their Kindle books as they're more expensive than in the US or on amazon.com, but that can't be helped. It's an amazing company nonetheless.

Amazon them selves are very bad in deliverying parcels and am surpised they do not have a feedback them selves, I recieved my book 4 weeks late, we all buy from Amazon, but i do feel they need to have a feedback them selves too.

Very reliable, good on delivery, good if you have to return something(not often). Watch carefully sometimes your not buying from them which can be different!

Very poor, ordered 30th Dec for birthday present on 12th notified 3 times that it hadn't came & urgently need it resent to which they finally issued a refund which will take 18 days so now I can't re-order until refund is issued making me 2 wks late!" Amazon are a waste of time

I have only use this site once for purchasing an item for a friend its not like ebay but I found it safe to use & there delivery service is good.

Excellent site! They've actually become my first choice for ANYTHING. Shipping is always extremely fast and their prices are great. I don't mind the delivery cost if it gets the item here quickly and in great condition :)

Very expensive on this site and slow deliverys, I ordered books and terrible service, when you phone Amazon they are unhelpful, left bad feedback, but do not seem to see on there, think they take there bad feedbacks off on amazon

Great store ordered from them for last 5 years. Only downside they dispatched an order which I cancelled. But I returned it and got refund. Good prices and delivery

Love Amazon. If you plan on ordering a lot its worth upgrading to Amazon Prime - think its about £49 per year - but you get free unlimited next delivery with it.

I have found when using amazon it always gives me so many different views of finding better products and well good prices. Also the market place is good.

What can i say, if only all sites were like amazon.

I rarely buy from anywhere else these days... introduced free delivery to Spain and every purchase has been faultless and at super prices. How internet shopping should always be done.
