After selecting an item for purchase, you only have a button to check out. A continue shopping button would be a good addition. The functionality is currently there - just close out the window, but not as intuitive.

I prefer lightweight track flats for all my runs, and these have just the right amount of cushion for me. Will be my go to shoe

Both my Cayd's and Vali's are very comfortable and great for being on my feet all day. Glad I made this investment.

I decided to try a new style that I hadnt bought before and was disappointed to find the sizing to be surprisingly smaller than expected. It is so narrow in fact that I can barely get the shoe on my naked foot. I guess Ill be going back to the style I normally buy.

Haven't received order, but excellent ease of use on website. First time user, so expecting efficiency, ease and speed. Recently purchased Altra trail shoes (Lone Peak), and am in process of breaking them in. So far, very comfortable on short/medium length hikes. Only downside is the short length of the shoe laces.

Got the Smith Boot. Love the running shoes, but this is poor. Very uncomfortable and definitely not worth the price. Hope it gets better with some wear. Will not order this particular shoe again.

Cant wait to receive my torin 3.0s. I currently have two pair. My latest additions were the instinct 2. Extremely comfortable and great to wear for every use. Great shoes!

Visited with Ariel regarding return as size 11 in Vanish is shorter than One or Torin which I also have. She is shipping Men US size 12. She was very courteous and helpful facilitating the switch.

Had problems with my order getting stuck and not processing. Kind of annoyed no I had to reorder and wait for a refund, but they fixed it fast and got me my shoes.

Once you learn your Altra size, their shoes are really nice. A lot of the running shoes are not made to wear forever, just get fresh ones a little more often and your feet will feel better.

We can easily search for the shoe we want, there are lots of description and provide us information enough to make decision to match with our need.
Also the order system is quite user-friendly, not complicate, easy to make order.

Felt that the shoes needed to be more every day and more styles that person in the workforce could use

I just started a second career as a high school teacher and was getting a painful case of planter fasciitis. My chiropractor recommended your shoes and they (along with lots of rolling and stretching) have saved me. My students even think they are cool.:-)

Using the online shoe selection option, I chose and ordered a recommended shoe. They were too small. The web site did not show an easy way to return them so I called. The woman who helped me was helpful and gave more information than I might otherwise have gotten (a half size = 1/4 inch). Still, the shoes didn't fit and I had to call.

By far the best running shoe I've owned in 34 years of racing triathlons. Open toe box keeps toes from getting crunched. Can't wait for the new racing flat to arrive, 4 oz, crazy.

The Superior 3.0 were game-changers in my trail running and hiking. Low back and knee pain reduced after wearing them. Thank you!
