Does not live up to their promises
June 19, 2016

I recently got an email that had a Free offer inside it. The offer was to download a trial program and sit through a 30 min. Webinar and I would get a $25 Starbucks GC. I was delighted, to say the least. I promptly signed up, downloaded the program and set up my time for the webinar. At no time during that process did they say that the software or webinar was only for big businesses. So when the time came and I sat through the 30-minute webinar. Watched what they wanted me too and listened to it too. I attempted to figure out the software and messed around with it for about an hour. I got an email from them asking me how I liked the webinar and if I thought that it would help me out or did I just want the free Gift card Well I was honest and said that I am just a part time freelancer online and really don't have much to analyze and who would not love to get a free Starbucks card. A couple days later I got an email saying that the free trial and webinar and gift card were suppose to be for serious customers only and that it had leaked out on a freebie site, so they were not going to honor their deal for the gift card. I just wrote back saying that it was pretty bad business. The longer I sat and thought about it the madder I got. I sat through that webinar and downloaded your program and now all that time was wasted for nothing. So here I sit typing my review of this company to let others know of their deceitful tactics. Be forewarned if they will do this to a small individual as myself, then what could they do to a huge company!
