I had previously booked few months back and thought I Had a good price until I seen Apha Rooms Price which was Cheaper. I then Cancelled and Booked with Alpa Rooms. As a Frequent Traveller I was very impressed with the whole process of booking alpha rooms & will be using them in future.
I had to change the dates of my booking and the staff were very helpful in changing it for me. I found the call response time very quick, i wasnt kept on hold too long.
Found the apartments I wanted at a great price. Very easy to use Alpharooms and a great service. Would recommend and will use again. 5 stars
As above. The only negativity I have is that they are too rigid with their t&c's.
For example. I wanted to change my hotel to a more expensive one a day after I made the original booking. All the staff were interested in doing was charging me the cancellation fee.
Instead of moving me to a more expensive hotel that I had selected, which I assume would have made you more money.
I am now contemplating cancelling and using a different company

I originally posted this: had a few issues with my payment going through but Tyler called us unprompted and walked us through the process. I was nervous booking with a company that Id not heard of but I shouldnt have been as so far theyve been brilliant and cheaper.
Update: 6 weeks after booking we had an email from Alpharooms to say there had been a technical error and our accommodation wasnt available. However our flights and transfers are not refundable! Therefore we feel trapped! They have offered us alternative accomdation but it is not where we wanted to be and not the same standard of water park that we booked originally. I have made countless calls and sent many emails. I wait at least 10 days before I get any response. I had not got an updated transfer voucher until this week and if you call, they fob you off or make promises they dont keep. I honestly wouldnt ever book with them again. Terrible service and really tainted our holiday before weve even gone anywhere!
This has happened 5 times now. This time I have been offered an hotel in a different resort 24 km away this is a con trick. I am stuck as I have already booked my flight. I want something done about it but alpharooms just ignore all my attempts to resolve the matter
Booking rooms for a stag do. Needed to get cheap rooms with easy payment, this site was the best for us.
