I have used Alpha rooms on a few occasions and it is my first choice to look at rooms wherever I go. I like to pick my own holiday accommodation rather than book a package. But you can do this on Alpha rooms you want.
We go to Cyprus every year around Sept/Oct, just one of our holidays we take each year. For next Sept/Oct holiday we booked the Hotel through you, last friday we booked the hotel Mandalena in Protaras from Sunday the16th of september till Friday the 5th of October in a 1 bedroom S/C apartment.We will not be arriving until late on Monday the17th of Sept & leaving the hotel late afternoon on Friday the 5th of October. I rang Alpharooms up on Monday to ask if we could change the booking to arrive 17th of Sept & leave Saturday the 6th of Oct, then we would still have our room until we left the hotel late afternoon on Friday the 5th of Oct.We were told you certainly can but it will cost you £60, this I declined & said I would pay the hotel instead to keep the room on until about 3 pm.It is 10 months off & the little change didn't warrant that sort of charge & it would have given the hotel the use of the room if someone had booked Sunday to Sunday prior to us arriving.
Once again we have made a booking with alpharooms. Our holiday to malta next year
Is a special one as it is for a wedding in the family next october,

I have used AlphaRooms for years and will continue their site is good and their prices are keen. Just two negatives their support whilst in the booking process is poor I spoke to two different people online one gave totally wrong info and the other spelt the company name wrong, secondly the £4.95 charge every time you make a part payment is annoying. BUT other than that very well recommended

When we went on the website it was very clear to us how to book a hotel, the website page was easy to use. We also phoned using the number that the website showed us and they were quick to put us through to the hotel to book over the phone. Lisa was the person that was on the phone to us and she couldnt have been any nicer, she knew exactly what she was doing and gave us lots of advice and gave us £25 off our holiday which is fantastic. She went through all of our details to double check they were correct which not a lot of people do. Im a very pleased and happy customer, I also recommended the website to my friend who was also looking to book a holiday and they said they same that the customer service was great.

Having booked many times per year over the last few years with alpha rooms they are now the site I go to first to see if they have the hotel I am wanting to stay with. I have never arrived at my hotel and had a problem. Alpha rooms description of each hotel has been a fair and accurate description. I will continue to book with this company
