The pendant is gorgeous. Absolutely perfect. However, the chain is crap. This was a gift for my daughter's graduation and the chain broke as she was wearing it. Had it on for an hour and we almost lost the pendant. Not happy about that at all for the price we paid.
The rings are beautiful. It took about 4 weeks to get them, but it was worth it. I got to pick my center stone which I went with a very high clarity & color.
Product did not arrive during window provided by Allurez. I contacted Allurez weeks later to get an expected delivery time, was told "item is being crafted." Zero communication from Allurez regarding delay. A month after their estimated arrival, which was 3 weeks after order was placed, I requested my order be canceled. Allurez refused to cancel my order, and again stated item was being crafted. (A basic wedding ring, with choice of a center stone.) Emails were exchanged regarding my demand to cancel the order. I finally submitted a complaint with PayPal (who I paid through after reading negative reviews) and with my credit card. The ring was overnighted after I contacted my credit card and PayPal. (Ring is NOT as pictured. Wedding band is NOT attached to the engagement ring, per request at time of order.)
Never will I ever purchase anything from them again! Useless arrogant customer service who keeps wasting time by beating around the bush and not addressing the issue. They sent me the WRONG PRODUCT and I missed my original proposal date. Then they have the audacity to say they don't do refunds…
I cancelled an item that cost over 5,000.00, and waited for a refund my 2,200.00 for another returnable item. I got the 2,200.00 returned to me April2022, after reported this company to consumer fraud, attorney general and NYS licensing department. I have been begging this company to give me my store credit since November 2021. I received two of the ten items I asked for using my store credit finally April 15,2022. I wonder how long I will wait for the remainder of the 8 items I am waiting for? The Attorney General of NYS continues to monitor this company waiting with me to see if all the other items are sent to me. Report this company to NYS licensing department if you have problems because they will try to not give your your store credit. I also hired an attorney to call and tell Allurez the law. I would never order from this company ever again, they are corrupt.
These earrings were crafted with my order. Once I had gotten connected with a sales consultant, they answered all my questions promptly and returned my calls right away.
I decided to go with the "try at home" for free with the replica. I understand the replica is not as "beautiful" as the real ring but this replica was so big on my hand (even though I put a note for my ring size) also the gemstones were so tiny compared to the one of the website. Do not, I repeat purchase items from this company. The ring I ordered was cracked and they have the worst customer service. I am a usually very positive person when it comes to the service industry, but I will have to say the service I received was horrible for me, a first time purchase of an engagement ring.
I ordered a bracklet on 3/1, and 2 days after the estimated last ship date, I inquired into the status of my order. Then and only then did the respond and infrom me that they could not full fill my order as it was not in stock. By the way it was continued to be listed online as in stock so be ware. I agreed to a subsituted even though it was less desireable. They did agree to ship it overnight as their expense, then did not but did receive with in 2 days. But again they missed the lasted estimated ship day by a day. Good customer service would have attempted to push this out on time.
This might have been some what acceptable, but 2 out of the 3 orders that I have placed with Allurez, have never shipped by the estimated date. Recommend if you use them, plan well in advance.
For me, I will find a new supplier to use, as I can not trust that I can get what I want when I want it.
After six weeks from the order date I received an item that was more than $2000 in a box with zero paperwork, receipt or evidence of legitimacy. When I inquired for documentation I was told I would have to pay $99 for it.

The order experience went very well with Allurez. The purchase price of the jewelry was good. However, my experience has been tainted by an incomplete order and unresponsive customer service. On my order, I requested an engraving and the ring that I received didn't have that. I called customer service and they told me to email them with a picture. I followed up by submitting a request through their website which emails customer service, but there was nowhere to provide an image of the ring and the missing engraving. I did not want to directly contact customer service through an email address because the site should offer a method to contact them. I cannot help that they don't curate their site properly.
