Loved working with this group. I had to panic a little because I probably ordered too late... followed by a longer production time than was advertised. The ring took about 5 weeks to arrive, rather than the 2-3 weeks advertised. It arrived ON my anniversary, which was terrifying. But Allurez customer service people were kind and I have already recommended you to several of my friends and my son (who is looking for an engagement ring).
Was very happy with the service and engagement ring. A month to create ring felt a little long for me but shipping was fast and after receiving the ring the time I waited was worth it.
I have not shopped for jewelry in multiple years. I picked out a diamond and then the setting. I was contacted by a representative, and I was actually upgraded on the size of my diamond!
This is my second purchase from Allurez. First time was great, no issues. Even resized the ring later which was great.
For this purchase I had selected the wrong features to purchase a wedding ring so I created a new order the same day and emailed Allurez to cancel the original order and provided the order number I specifically needed cancelled. They saw I had two orders numbers in the system which seemed to cause some confusion so I emailed back to clarify which order # to keep and which to cancel. Days go by and I get no response. I email back to follow up and again days go by and I get zero response. I call, the person on the phone was very nice and said they would need to escalate and call me back. I get no call back so I call the next day and get left in the same limbo state. I give the benefit of the doubt and give them a few days to process. After seeing no update to either order and my wedding date nearing I call again and am told they are processing the refund that day.
Of course days go by and I get no refund and the order I did pay for is still frozen. In the end after various emails(where I ended up ghosted) and 5 phone calls spread across an entire month I just got shuffled along with no resolution. As of this post its been 6 weeks since the order and I have yet to get a refund leaving my to have to attempt to resolve through my CC company. The delay to my correct order also caused it to arrive after my wedding date which was unfortunate. Luckily we had a backup ring to use the day of.

Ordering was easy, customer service was super responsive. A bit more communication between order and delivery would have been nice but customer service got right back to me whenever I had a question.
When I received the pickleball necklace, I was totally surprised as to how "tiny" it was vs the photos that enticed me to purchase it for my wife's birthday.

I ordered this ring to celebrate the birth of my 5th baby in October. It is stunning and goes well some of my other rings I like to stack. The delivery service created some headaches but Allurez was quick to step in and assist.

Received the ring as a surprise. It was too big, fibers were being caught between stone & setting & stone was loose. Returned to have resized and stone looked at. NEVER received any communication about what was being done to the ring or how it was repaired, NOTHING. Ring was finally returned and still too big. I will take to a jeweler at home and check to see if it was actually resized. The fibers still get caught between the stone and setting but the stone is not loose. Very frustrating to hear nothing. Not a note from the Jeweler stating what the issue was & how it was repaired. Nothing to state that the ring was resized except a charge to resize it because it was engraved.
I ordered gold stud earrings in late February and received my order in early March. The picture made it seemed like the earrings were going to be small, but they were pretty good sized for stud earrings. Satisfied overall!
Somehow, Allurez had the *exact* engagement ring I've always pictured in my head, aquamarine side stones and all! They had an impressive number of diamonds to choose from, natural or lab-grown. Shipping was prompt after the ring was made (altogether a roughly 3-4 week wait from purchase to receipt). I also gotta say, having a little LED in the box to shine on the ring was an inspired idea.
Now I just have to wait for the next vacation with my girlfriend to pop the question! Thank you!
