I would like to be able to call and place an order without having to go through the website.
No where on the website did any banner offered have the exact measurements I needed. I had to call anyway to find out once I clicked on a banner I could modify it to the size I needed. The employee did a great job walking me through the steps to order what I needed. Well once I got off the phone with him I had to do something where I couldn't finish putting in my credit card info. Once I was back to my computer the order erased. Fortunately I remembered how to fill out my order. I was a little stressed and almost forgot to get the holes in the corner. I forgot what those are called, but had I just ordered over the phone I know I could actually ask the employee what these were.
It took several minutes longer to order online. The phone would have been quicker.
I know it took me longer to order because I had to restart. I also feel like I could have ordered over the phone and then been sent an invoice. That would have been faster too.
Other than that this was a great experience and the poster looks great. I got it in a timely manner and the price was better than I thought while researching other company's.
The one sided banners printed wonderful as usual. The double sided banner was very wrinkly for some reason and I haven't been able to flatten it, so I'm not sure what that is about, but the delivery time and price are on point.

Quick, easy, high quality, and half the price of the competitor (who also tried to mark me up even more for fitting my image to the poster size, which allstatebanners just did without even mentioning it). Love it. Would use again.
Great quality banner for the price. I will be ordering more from them in the future. The canvas is more heavy duty than I thought. I have not hung it outside in the rain for a few days and have the wind rip over it to truly test the canvas and the transfer but out of the box I was inpressed with what I received.

Fast and efficient! I've bought multiple banners from allstatebanners for work functions and they always come out great! I love the update to the website that's happened since the last time I ordered too!
