I appreciate being told the resolution wasn't good enough and given the chance to fix this problem.

I do not know what the hold up was with this orders shipping once I approved the banner. However, I had to use the online chat apx 1 week after the banner was approved and it was then shipped. Was not told what the problem was.

They have always been great about shipping.

Got larger multiple print projects but our cost prohibitive, be nice to talk to live people.

The person I was chatting with was very helpful. I think her name was Terri. I needed the banner by a certain day and when UPS didn't pick up when they should have, All State Banners upgraded the shipping at no cost to me so I would receive on time. EXCELLENT customer service.

I reordered a previous order. The last one was bright and bold. This recent COPY of the last order is pale and the bright fushia looks pale pink, and the background a pastel yellow not a dark vibrant one as on the previous order.

Will use again
