I have ordered more than 70 banners from you over the last few years with my job and personally. I have always been pleased with the quality and turnaround time. I have been meaning to e-mail you. We ordered a vinyl banner that is 5' x 15' and is on the side of a brick building. It faces the west and receives the harsh afternoon sun. That banner is a full color banner. In 5 years, the banner looks as good as it did when we purchased it. We just ordered the regular vinyl banner, not the outdoor. It has survived a flood, several ice storms and the hot SC summer weather. Excellent quality.

The banner was beautiful and met with our expectations. The creative department attempted many times to create a design and did finally met with our specifications. All customer service on the telephone was very helpful.

The package had the wrong label on it. Fortunately it was addressed to another on our staff. And, she didn't mind me opening her mail. But, you did an awesome job in a very short time and as usual it is fantastic.
Order process a little confusing, but once I figured it out, it was fine
I love the banner but there is separation of material at the top of it and I needed it for a show so didn't have time to send it back and get a new one.

I would prefer to see the design on the page before ordering. After receiving the order, there are a few spots on the banner where the color looks like it rubbed off, but overall I am very happy with the banner.
