I was surprised at the significant per-banner unit price I paid compared to multiple banner orders of similar size within the last 18 months. I like the service you provide and the product you provide, but, the price increase was significant enough that I am planning to look at other providers as well for my next banner order. I decided to call when I realized the large price increase and the person on your end that answered the phone said "it is due to increases in ink prices" and then was silent. That was not a very helpful response to my query.
Very satisfied with the purchase
For the price, pleased. However, I did experience problems with the design your own process. It did not save my designs properly and I had to re-enter several times. Chat was responsive, but unable to help. Received proof quickly, but did not receive any acknowledgement after I approved proof. Next correspondence I rec'd was that order had shipped.
Quality banners. Expensive shipping and my last order was damaged.

Please correct your WxH instruction and Height, Width field order. They are opposite and confusing!

The posters look great. Except that they were a little crinkled. I would suggest rolling posters and mailing in tubes like you do your banners to prevent them getting damaged. The packaging I received them in (rectangular cardboard taped together) was ridiculously difficult to open.
