Delivery was timely and undamaged. Installation was easy though the instructions on the box confused me; instructing me to turn the existing filter clockwise to remove it and to turn the new filter clockwise as well to install it. In the end I had to turn the new filter counter clockwise to get it to lock in place. Everything seems to be working fine.
