The customer service is terrible. I ordered an air filter which matched the size of my old one (16x25x5) but in actuality the ones I ordered are exact size while my old filter actual size is smaller. I did not realize that until I went to try to replace the filter. I tried to return/exchange the filters but customer service said I should have read the fine print and the best they can do is offer me 50% discount on the new order. Now I am stuck with two useless filters and I am out more money to try to get a replacement. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping with them in the future.
