I might add that the question below this one is unclear: "Date of experience." I'm sure you mean "Date of PREVIOUS experience," which, of course, I don't know. However, some folks might think it means "Date of THIS experience." You might want to add the word "Previous" to the question. Or, "This," if I am reading it wrong! Thanks!
