Needed a water filter for my refrigerator. I ordered 1 filter and a reminder to order again. I accidentally made three separate orders. Customer service called, texted and emailed me to clarify what I wanted. Then they made sure I was refunded for the two additional orders. I also received my order in a matter of a few days. I am happy with the product, directions and as I have said excellent customer service.
