The website is quite user friendly. The match was accurate. The only problem, and not really a problem, I made the purchase online and it express a delivery arrival date; however it didn't ship. I received an email to verify purchase and billing address which was already established when filled out. Had I not checked my email which can go up to a week before checking, I would've assumed the package was on its way and delivered as promised. It was weird; however, I'm okay with the service and I referred a friend.
I became confused when putting in model number and another model number appears. Not realizing that this company model number is different.
Great. I buy all my filters with all filters. Home AC filters I buy 6 months at a time. My most recent purchases were for my pool and hot tub filters. I always keep an extra set so I can change and clean with ease. This time I bought the upgraded media filter for the pool. I have not used yet but look forward to trying out this summer. I would love to see that same filter material used for the hot tub filter.

It was a bit difficult to figure out which filter replaced the one I had originally and after getting it, I'm still not sure if it's the right one because it didn't fit very well... and now it won't come back out of the refrigerator... so not sure what's going on. Water is coming out the dispenser, but not sure if it's going through the filter. I am not sure this site has customer support for this either

As soon as I clicked on allfilters.com, I knew it would be another episode. I would be going in circles trying to find the filters needed for my used side-by-side fridge. Sure, I had the model number written next to the keyboard, but that was no guarantee!
Next thing I knew, I had a confirmation number for my transaction. It couldn't have been a matter of minutes from start to finish. As soon as I typed in the model number, there they were. Both filters, I clicked on them, payed, and done.

Can't seem to ship filter to address different from my address

I need filters that will last for 6 months. Exactly what these filters do, Would most likely last longer but, my air handler requires changing every 6 months.
