I love that I get the email reminders. I do see the light I need to replace filter, but then forget about it. Getting the email is just a great back up reminder.
The only issue was that the carbon filters have to be protected with at least 1/2 but better to wrap them in 3/4 inch thick bubble all the way around the ends. Mine were dropped or rough handled and the 1/8" provided no protection. My thinly wrapped filters arrived with exterior and slight damage to the carbon filters, one of the green end caps was a a little lose but barely useable. I sent pics of the damage prior to opening the package and after on the damaged filter.

I've been getting filters from this site for the past few years and it has been easy ordering and they supply me with great filters.
I have ordered filters for whole house water, under sink drinking water, and fridge/freezer, all of which worked great, came quickly, and were the right size.
Box was crushed and left out in the rain. I thought the filters previously were in a plastic bag inside the box. Would have solved one of the issues with delivery

Lots of places claim to be the real original filters but they are NOT! With All Filters I have never had a fake filter substituted for the real deal and after several years of purchasing through them, I do not plan to ever change.

Last year bought a five pack of these filters from a big box store. They no longer sell them that way they're double the price and they only sell individual filters. They realize they were missing out on the huge profit. All filters still sells the multi packs at a reasonable price. Will stay a customer for life.

I'm thrilled to have found a hard to find Samsung refrigerator water filter replacement at half of the manufacturer price! Ordering from All Filters.com has saved me money. I'm not thrilled, however that the filters are shipped in a plastic bag that's not lined with bubble wrap. I'd prefer the filter was shipped in a small box to protect it from possible damage during shipment. To be absolutely clear, I've NEVER had any issues with my filters being broken or not working. It's just my personal preference. I will continue to order my filters from this company.
LG fridge filter no longer available at big box stores. Reviews recommended this site. Found what I needed. Emailed reminders every 6 months and made it easy for me to remember where I ordered them 1.5 years later!
