My first order on AliExpress. Eagerly waited for about 12 days and the item showed being delivered by an unknown and a previously unheard of delivery company, except no package could be found anywhere (mailbox, front door, or anywhere around the house). Opened a case with AliExpress, and they promptly closed the case 3 days later saying no valid evidence, with no refund. How can I prove to them or provide evidence for a package I never received in the first place? AliExpress just robbed me (took my money and I got nothing in return, except the terrible experience). Their customer service is horrible and completely unhelpful. Learn from my experience and stay clear of this merchant. Worst first time experience ever!

They are dishonest and do not fulfill their orders. Was given a tracking number and told the item was delivered and even signed for when it wasn't. Getting help was an endless series of interactions that went nowhere and gave conflicting information. Cancelled the order but won't get my money back for 10 days. The prices may look good but it IS NOT worth the hassle

I ordered from 4 different sellers at AliExpress & you can ONLY LEAVE a review ON their site IF you GET the products. Three sellers tried to GET EXTRA money out of me for customs, AFTER the sale & AFTER we messaged back & forth with them confirming there was no additional fees. Once I paid they asked for customs money in the amount of over $1000 EACH! This was EVEN with US based warehouses & supposedly shipping from the said US warehouse per messaging. BE CAREFUL! I have the 4th order in limbo & the seller keeps telling me a "REAL" tracking number will be provided once the product gets to post, vs the FAKE (the words they used- "FAKE tracking number") one they gave me after the sale. Finally Ali have conceded that order from 26th December '24 is not going to be delivered.
Numerous attempts to find out where it is,not updated since Jan. 18th "on its way".'Expected by 7th March,would not accept obviously lost somewhere,both seller and customer services 'its on the way'
70 days wait,now admit a refund.
Will delete app and info as not going to use again.
Temu offer £4 if delayed,nothing but a brick wall of 'but the tracking says."

I was scammed on AliExpress, and their support did nothing to help.
I ordered a laptop, but the seller sent a cheap laptop case instead. The listing was misleading, with fake reviews and detailed laptop specifications, but nowhere was it mentioned that I was buying only a case. When I opened a dispute, AliExpress ignored my messages, delayed responses for days, and eventually closed my case unfairly. They told me to return the item at my own expense ($10 for an $8 item), with no guarantee of getting a refund. I contacted support five times, and each time they only said they were "escalating" my case, but nothing happened. This platform protects fraudulent sellers and does not care about customers. 🛑 Fraudulent seller: Shop*******130 🛑 🚫 I will never order from AliExpress again. If you value your money and time, stay away from this platform! AliExpress only acted AFTER I went public
After 20+ days of fighting, being ignored, and even contacting my bank to block payments, AliExpress finally refunded my money.
But only because I exposed them publicly on Trustpilot! What about other victims of this scam who never got their refund?
Why does AliExpress allow fake laptop listings with misleading reviews and specifications?
How many more customers need to be scammed before AliExpress takes real action? AliExpress is FULL of these scams – and they KNOW IT
I have already found multiple similar scam listings, where fake laptop sellers use the same scheme to deceive buyers.
AliExpress knows about this fraud but does nothing to stop it. They only care when they are publicly embarrassed. If AliExpress truly wants to fight fraud, I can provide a list of similar scam sellers who continue to deceive customers on this platform.
Does AliExpress need my help to identify these fraudsters, or will they continue ignoring the problem? 🚨 AliExpress MUST take action now! 🚨

I have been buying from ALi Express since 2017. It was a long wait but I was getting money back if the item was delivered. Now as AI took over customer service, I'm getting nothing. No more customer service, no more items delivered to Canada, and no tracking numbers that show you location of the items. Everything is fake. I lost confidence. I made 4 purchases from the ALie Express without any delivery updates:

1st and last order. Ordered sofa that said it delivered in 2-5 business days, paid and then a week and a half later, they say not going to happen we'll refund you in 3 to 20 business days. If you really wanted it, try ordering again. Not sure if they really suck this bad or this is some kind of scam too. Wow, they suck

Aliexpress is criminal

Purchased 2 smartphones that were supposed to work with US carriers. They did not. Contacted seller but seller was argumentative. So I initiated return thru Aliexpress platform. They provided prepaid return label. Aliexpress refunded only 1 phone, refused to refund 2nd phone. Tracking confirms delivered. Returned both phones in same packaging (as they were originally shipped). Even after several reconsiderations, they still refuse to refund full purchase price. Now trying to resolve thru Paypal and my credit card company, but Aliexpress is trying to oppose. This company is absolutely criminal.

AliExpress is a SCAM!

I ordered a piece of furniture from AliExpress that was never delivered. I have had no luck being reimbursed. The tracking number for FedEx I was informed went to a different address and receiver but they couldn't provide me with that private information. The missing shipment weighed 17lbs, a far cry from my 143lb bookshelf that I paid for. Please do not be another victim of AliExpress or Alibaba which I was informed are the same.

ALI EXPRESS DID NOT CARE THAT YODEL DELIVERED MY GOODS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! So I NEVER received them! Steer clear of this terrible company with ZERO consumer service! After my complaint ALIEXPRESS asked me to go over the whole process again BUT AS YODEL has closed the case (having shown me the photo of the wrong doorway where they mistakenly delivered my parcel to) it's up to AliExpress to go back to the carrier (yodel)! I've been around and around and AliExpress WON'T TAKE RESPONSIIBILITY. Do not trust AliExpress - they've bombarded me with emails when I already confirmed that we've asked the neighbourhood WhatsApp group and no one received it PLUS the doorway Yodel showed me looks NOTHING like our neighbourhood!

AliExpress has been ignoring me for 2 months regarding dispute #[*******]. Despite providing all necessary evidence, they refuse to respond or resolve the issue.

I ordered a graphics card, but the seller sent a completely different and non-functional product. I provided detailed photos and videos proving this, yet AliExpress has done nothing to protect my rights as a buyer. Instead, they actively shield fraudulent sellers by ignoring legitimate complaints.

If my funds are not refunded soon, I will escalate the matter by contacting my payment provider and local consumer protection authorities to take further action against their business operations.

Be cautious when shopping on AliExpress—your rights as a buyer may not be protected!

Aliexpress had a very poor way to communicate with their customers. Their platform limits the communication in many ways. Most of the time you are talking to a robot. When you do reach a customer support, they can only collect information of you and help build a case. Further customer support team(s) is lazy, and poor in responding.
I had been communicating over several back and forth, many of their reply only look at one single things (of which is something that I had informed them); they didn't reply to other's questions in the case.
It will just kept you go round and round; seemingly in hope you will give up.

Ordered a dresser, website said dresser was delivered. When loading tracking number it was shipped to a address in CA not PA where I lived. My address was correct on their website. Nobody helps when calling in and each time another excuse is given. No refund issued and item never received. DO NOT ORDER! SCAMMERS

Used to be better. AliExpress used to be cheap and reliable, but importantly they used to have good customer service. It's trash now. Customer service just cannot be bothered. Sellers will ship out random items, you can't dispute anything as they will show "evidence" of having shipped it, it doesn't matter whether the item is correct or wrong, it doesn't matter if it never arrives, even when I have CCTV footage showing the supposed "delivery" attempt was never made, they will always rule against the customer. It's been a hassle trying to dispute or get my money back, I've had numerous complaints through PayPal with lots of documentation showing stuff arriving damaged, never arriving, wrong items, defective items, etc, and each time it's like pulling teeth to get my money back. I am waiting for my last few orders to close and I'm never using it again. I'm just going to shop at the local 100 yen stores now.

Edit: Lol. Fake sincerity is not going to help. I still have 2 orders that never arrived. 1 is in dispute and your customer support has placed it on "wait for it to deliver", although the item tracking has not moved in ONE WHOLE MONTH. Just because you replied to this review doesn't mean much since I recently spent 2 months on a case that never closed (the other order that ALSO NEVER CAME); it is still ongoing on PayPal and has now escalated to my bank. I have produced a pdf documenting the most painstaking case thus far, and don't worry, it will be public soon on every review site. :) Your customer support has been appalling, and please do not placate me with "we want to help"; I have given Aliexpress plenty of chances to fix it, possibly around 6 times, before I got so frustrated I told your customer service rep off for being ridiculously st*pid. In each case, I've gone back several rounds. You wasted so much of my time, so I will throw in some extra time (consider it a revenge bonus) to share this ordeal everywhere.

AliExpress never delivered and no refund!

I ordered a product from AliExpress in early December and was told it would ship on the 23rd. On the 23rd I received two emails, one saying my product would ship today and the second saying it had shipped two days after I ordered it. I checked their web site and found a FedEx tracking number stating it had been delivered and a picture of a package on a porch BUT not my porch and no street address. So I don't know if its true or not but I can't file a report with FedEx, only AliExpress can and AliExpress won't allow me to request anything unless I click on a button saying I received the package. So how does someone report they didn't receive a package? Its been almost three months, PayPal was no help so I am out $291.30 and there is no way to talk with anyone at AliExpress. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

I ordered 2 ea 8 foot ladders. They sent a 3.6 ounce package. I complained I had not received the ladders and showed proof from the post office to Aliexpress of what I received. They quit responding. Beware, be very scared.

From about late December, a lot of scammers have appeared on AliExpress. They advertise things for low prices. How do you send a 4500KW Generator from China for $20? I have contacted AliExpress several times but they just reply quote, Following our internal review, we regret to inform you that the appeal is not established. The reason is that the reported product/content does not violate platform regulations.
