This is a scam portal with no customer services. Everything you get there are either a scam, fake or absolutely crap quality. I have no idea why we allow China to produce stuff any more. All they do is scam people. The west should pull out all investments and production from China.
This isn't the first time I made this mistake. I have a collection of items from
China that were not as advertised!
My second Phillips Sonicare Flosser died, so went on the Phillips site to possibly purchase another. Saw a product that looked similar but was called
'100% Original Sonicare Air Floss Flosser Phillips HX8340 Support Rechargeable for The Adult with Nozzle and Charger'. Didn't know why it was called air flosser when it had a chamber like my original where I put water or mouth wash.
Unfortunately ordered without carefully checking all the information. Didn't realize that I wasn't ordering through an American company. Should have guessed by the odd description!
Started receiving promotional emails from AliExpress selling everything under the sun. Also got updates to my order of the flosser which cost $44.99 + shipping for a total $50.60. Received the flosser but no instructions! So I used it like my previous one by adding water to the chamber. However water shot out where the tip connected to the body. Had to hold a tissue to the connection.
Complained to AliExpress about the water pulsing out where the tip connected and requested a refund several times explaining the above problem. Got the same return email from them 'refund of $0.00'. With no response to address my issues.
Then I about a week later I got a notice my order number so and so is closed.
Meanwhile I was letting the flosser charge one night and was awaken by this noise in my bathroom. The noise stopped, I went back to sleep. The following morning noticed what the problem was…the flosser was sporadically jumping on the charger base and sporadically shooting out water until the chamber was empty, then just air. Now it is broken! Remember, no instructions!
I will never knowingly order anything directly from a Chinese company. They have no customer service! I believe they didn't or couldn't read my complaint. The replies were always the same, refund $0.00!

Can anyone tell me why i should submit a copy of my passport, drivers license, bank account statements and more to try to find out what is wrong. I finally got a human being on chat and they sent me to another site that did not work. Be very careful of dealing with this company.

Despite the fact that most of the items were not delivered, aliexpress refused to refund the items. In case if lost items there no buyer's protection at all
I bought a home stereo and this item came broken I wanted to return it but they never give me a free return label. I spend 2 week of chatting, email back and forth and between seller and aliexpress never give a solution. Meaning they don't refund my money and I got a broken item. AliExpress don't care neither sellers; They are in china one's they have our money nothing else care. DON'T USE ALIEXPRESS TO BUY. YOU CAN LOOK IN THE WEB FOR BETTER OPTIONS.
I bought two car volt meter+charger, received one and it doesn't work, voltage is always 12.5V and none USB port can charge. I said it might e a faked one. Raised up deputy seller no reply, then ali support joins said I have not present the original brand name (most Chinese prod has no brand) so my claim is rejected, closed and no refund given.
Ali support intensively ignore other problems and stick to "might", there is no live human on its web to support.
I also used to lost items from it, so, be very careful to use.

BTW All car spark plugs shipped from China are faked one! No matter you bought on ebay/ali or amazon even they have local store.

Never receieved the shipment, but as always the seller had a confirmation that it was delivered. Where, I don't know. Because I never received it. Raised the issue with Aliexpress, but as always, their judgemenmts are always in favour of the seller. I was given three days (two days here given the time difference) to get the post office to say the the package was lost or not delivered. And I am supposed to leave my work and do that.
The same thing happened last time, and it was the reason I stopped shopping on Aliexpress and I guess I am going to do that again.
Of course, not blaming the seller. It is a logistic issue, but then a buyer should not be penalised on the basis of a mere delivery report. Even if the shipment is thrown into the ocean, there will be a delivery report for it and the seller has not way of contesting it.
So yeah, bye bye Aliexpress. Better options out there for my hard-earned money.

One of the best marketplaces, I buy literally everything here. The prices of all products are much lower than in stores
Aliexpress knows how to SCAM buyer to make sure get profit from Seller. Aliexpress knows no buyers can return item by pays higher shipping fee. I open dispute complaint item not as described. Aliexpress disputed judgement is buyer return item(buyer pay return shipping with tracking) and refund. Why buyer need to pay return fee for seller mistake?. I ordered 110V plastic welder seller shipped 220V to me. Also the kit was missing one bag of staples (50 pcs). The return shipping fee is 3 time more than the item cost. I believed CCP sponsor their mailing system to get export profits benefits.
I have now been 'negotiating' for 5 months after ordering a product from Topzero **************) and eventually got supplied with a completely different item, (and completely worthless!). The company supplying the goods make all sorts of stupid remarks such as wrong product number, being on holiday (they have lots of holidays!) and 'puzzle' emojis. Aliexpress agents via their web page, whom I have contacted many times, just keep apologising and suggesting I message the supplier - as I have many times but useless of course! I will never use Aliexpress again as they are as useless as Topzero. On the other hand I have ordered a product through Amazon, clarified a couple of questions with immediate response, and was then sent the correct product within a couple of weeks. They will have my business from now on.

Quality of most products is not good but as compared to price, I mean you get what you pay. I got a watch for 2$ and it was better than I had here for 45$ so yeah you can find good product if you really go for hunt.
Cons are late delivery. Ugh, delivery times are ridiculous. If you want it early, you gotta pay shipping more than the price of product otherwise wait for months (based in Canada)
Sometimes, communication between sellers can be difficult but I had good experience. Look for sellers with good reviews and you'll be fine.

I used AliExpress to get plenty of products for myself, from Halloween decorations up to bicycle accessories. 80% of the products that I oredered arrived, and for the other 20% I was refunded. The refund process takes a while (between 10 and 30 days for dispute and up to 30 more days for refund to get in bank account). Some products arrive within a month while for others it may take even 3 months to arrive since they are sent from China to Europe. There is a courier option faster that's faster but is insanely expensive (e.g. 50$ shipping for a 10$ product) while postal shipping is usually free or cheap (up to 5$). Good products backed by 3month warranty.
The seller in this site trying with low price sell goods to you and send used and defected goods, then you want to return requested you pay the return cost, and because of high expenses for carrier, always the seller didn't return and with this way they abused customers and do business,

I have purchase the light in the beginning of February 2022 to send to Luxembourg, the Aliexpress app said it was delivered on 2nd April. However no goods has been delivered and contacted Aliexpress and seller to track my parcel, they only said accordingly to system it was delivered. Have filed a dispute, but they closed it without any proof of signature of delivery. No refund, nothing!

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
