To cut this story short:
Attempt#:
#1 Bought some items at a low price. Got 50% delivered, 1 item broken (out of 6). The other items weren't shipped at all (and no charge).
#2 While awaiting delivery of #1: ordered some more things (HD 2TB and other stuff). The HD was delivered broken and the other items (2 out of 3) was never delivered, but charged for. - Awaiting refund, but the web site says "Finished" and no further correspondence has occurred from China.
#3, Last chance. Ordered two MicroSD's. Site claims they have been shipped two months ago. Charges have been applied. The Shipping/tracking # don't exist on the Chinese postal site. These items haven't arrived yet, even that the site claims that they have been shipped (even with tracking # - that seems to be fake).

This is a scam. I Don't think the site can be trusted *at all*.
It is very unreliably (!) and doesn't adhere to expected reliability of service.
- They take your money and leave you with a mess of dealing with a wall of resistance in form of not replying to your correspondence, either by mail, or by web messages. (I haven't tried to call).
- I recommend staying away from this site!

People stay away of AliExpress, they have contacts with lots of fake sellers, take your money and never receive what you order, if by any chance they send you something, will be lower quality, different look and even defective. They are very bad in dealing with disputes also, waste of time and money. You never get the money back from ALIEXPRESS. DO NOT BUY, STAY AWAY!
I have ordered a fair bit from this site recently, I have ALWAYS received my items or have ended up getting refunded without any hassles.
However.
Shipping is dreadfully slow. Expect to wait at least a month or longer for your items.
ALWAYS check seller feedback ( less then 10 is a no go zone for me)
ALWAYS check to see how long they've been selling for. If they're too new it's fishy.
ALWAYS read the print in the descriptions as they may not match up with the photos and prices.
NEVER buy anything over $100 unless you're a serious risk taker and are certain.
BE AWARE that branded items will be knockoffs same goes with the electronics. You will most likely end up with some cheap tinny thing.

The merchandise you purchase is at your own risk and I have ordered a number of things from different sellers and have not really been burned by any of them... I agree with others... they do not exist... you cannot contact them... you spend hours swearing at the screen as you go round and round... I had a problem with a supplier, explained the problem and the seller refunded my money totally to aliexpress and now i cannot get a hold of them to get my money... waiting 8 months...

Order 2: Leather jacket with faux fur inside and collar, order was received in 9 days again well before Christmas. Jacket is pure BALLER! Super warm and looks deadly, cost me $180 best purchase, very pleased. Only thing you need to order a size bigger! Measure your own clothes and make sure you order a size bigger. Jacket looked thick so i did and it fits perfect. These guys sizes are tiny i usually fit into a L or XL had to order a 4XL from them. Happy Shopping
Ordered an iPhone 5 case... 16 days later it still has not shipped. Attempts to get ahold of anyone at the site is a waste of time. Screen after screen of "under construction"... which I now believe they never existed. I will never get my money back. The only way a company can run like this is for it to be outside the US. It would have been shutdown a long time ago if it were here.

Ordered 2 jerseys, with son looking on. Money debited from card. No jerseys by Christmas, and when package arrived, ONE jersey. Site keeps insisting I confirm and close order. Seller responded to insist I only ordered ONE jersey, then disappeared. Attempts to file a dispute on the site a total farce; it insists I submit "attachments' with my dispute, and even when I do, will not "submit". It wants me to download software from Mediafire. Forget it. No satisfaction here, and impossible to dispute. Even their "community" is down for servicing. Yeah, right.
The shoes work great for my boyfriend. He's very insecure about his height because I'm so much taller than him. After buying these, he's a few centimeters taller and wears them all the time. I'm thinking about buying him a second psi!
This site is a scam, I had two orders which were never delivered. After complain with the vendors they just disappeared. AliExpress.com does not take trust and safety seriously as well as claims of fraud. The other products that were delivered were all of very poor quality. Please take your money somewhere else, I deeply regret purchasing from AliExpress.com.
I order a hockey jersey for the god son for xmas, 3 weeks before xmas, it was supposed to be a 7-10 delivery, it's been 5 weeks now and there are no sign of the jersey. I tried to contact them by phone, by email and thru the website, my attempts by phone or email to get a direct feedback of what was going on with the transaction HAVE ALL BEEN IGNORE and when trying thru the website you get a mediocre generic reply a week or more later. THERE ARE GOOD REASON WHY THIS SITE WON'T TAKE PAYPAL OR OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WHERE THE BUYER IS PROTECTED, THEIR SERVICE IS UNRELLIABLE AT BEST AND BORDERLINE FRAUDULENT. With anything, you will get the good and the bad. The problem is that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even a little bit. If things go wrong (as they sometimes do) you will be left with no recourse and no one (but the person that you have a problem with) to deal with it. It is a shame. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
