I try to buy ebike battery since it was cheap with rear rack. I found out I was wrong, since the rack is just a plate. I have to buy the rear rack and connect the plate. I cancel the transaction less than a day, with about 5 days left before they shift. I got an email why, so I said about the rack and they said I have to pay for the rack. But then I look at the rating of this vendor looks good but they are in business for less than 2 month which scares me. So insist on my email I like to cancel the order and they keep encouraging me to buy it, now they stop communicating I don't know if it will be cancel. I would like to buy locally, but I can't since they haven't cancel my order yet. Too many bad things about Aliexpress on my research to this company, like dishonest description, shipping too long, fake, nightmare customer service, can't return etc.

I wished I would've checked this review site. I would never have ordered from them. I ordered a print which appeared to be ready to be hung. After seller took money from my visa, he sent an email asking if i wanted to buy the frame for 95.00! And thats discounted. I only paid 33. For print mind you. When I asked for a refund for false advertisement I had to jump through hoops. Hours on computer with 'chat'. No contact number. That tells you something right there. And the seller, emailing back and forth for about 3 days... after all that I told them keep their lousy money. I was tired of fighting with them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, for that matter I felt sick knowing I was ordering from China. Never again. Take heed. I cant even give any stars. I had to give one or I wouldn't be able to leave this message!.

One of their sellers sent me a defective product, and they refused to give me a full refund. Seller was a jerk, asked my to sew the product up myself.

TOTAL SCAM

This company is a scam. I ordered products they sent me an email almost a month later stating my order was cancelled for non payment but yet the money was taken from my account. They refused to refund and said I had to contact the supplier they ordered it from to mail it to me. Really? AliExpress took my money and want me to call someone they bought it from to fight for my product when AliExpress is the one with my money. What a joke. Stay away do not buy from these people.

I ordered many products. Most of them arrived only after 4 weeks of shipping. But the products did in fact work. The quality is usually okay but NOT GOOD. However, the customer service is really bad. Money back guarantee is a lie. I orderd 2 remote controls. They did not work at all. The cost of sending it back was more than the purchase costs. They do not accept proof of faulty equipment. Many people are really unhappy. So if the product is good, you are lucky if not, do not expect anything from them. The complaints procedure is very bad. It is very difficult to upload pictures and video take 90 minutes to upload on a 300MB connnection. Many security programs like McAFee and Kapersky list the site as unsafe. So when you buy there is a real risk. Most of the reviews by other users are also very bad

My problem is not with Ali Express but with the company that supplied the item through Ali Express. I have had a lot of dealings with Ali express and most have been favourable until I ordered a tablet case and keyboard provided by a company called Top 3C world. The item arrived ok without a problem but the keyboard was faulty. I wrote to Top 3 C World on many occasions and had various responses (from someone called Vivien Meng-Hi) including taking the keyboard to a local company to inspect which, of cause was ridiculous. Eventually I opened a dispute and was told I would receive a replacement keyboard if I closed the dispute. Unfortunately I was nieve
Enough to to do this and although I regularly chased the replacement item with several emails I was continually fobbed off with extended delivery times and nothing ever arrived. This dispute has now been going on since June and I have no doubt that I will never see it resolved. Top 3C World are, in my opinion very untrustworthy and I would advise people to stay well away. Aliexpress as I said earlier are generally good but should not allow such companies as 3C World trade under their name.

Ordered a Nexus 5 D821 (International Model) board from Store No. ******* (Seller: Legolas Elf Store: Tea Brings Beauty& Health Store No: *******) and seller sent a D820 (US Model) board. Cannot use 4G therefore its a waste. Sent 86 messeges to seller, chatted with 20 different agents, wasted around 16 hours of chat. Avoid AliExpress. Pure scammers from top to bottom.
NB: All transcripts, messages, screenshots and evidence are available on request. Will surely hand this evidence to anyone who wants to investigate further. Will also upload evidence when I have some spare time.

I supposedly bought a waterproof smart watch. Two weeks later the watch had a blueline through it then fogged up and stopped charging altogether. I tried to contact the seller he wanted me to post the faulty product back at my cost! I have been dealing with customer service representative - 3 in 3 months and nothing has been done. They keep saying they are very sorry for the inconvenience. I now basically have to write it off and put it down to a bad experience. Magic smart hlme is the store. Don't touch it!

Cheap looking, poor quality knockoff!
I ordered a dress from aliexpress, the store was called Love Kiss Evening Dress and Wedding Dress Manufactory. Store number *******. The contact person I dealt with was "Jack".
This dress was for my daughter's homecoming. We ordered it on Aug. 22nd. We never got any info from the seller as to shipping, delivery, or a tracking number. After repeated and IGNORED emails, the dress finally came one month later on Sept. 22nd.
The dress was similar, but NOT the same as the picture. It was cheap and poor quality, there were gems falling off before she even tried it on.
I contacted "Jack" once again to express our disappointment and to give them an opportunity to fix the situation. His reply was,"no return/no refund". Since then I have done some research and I believe the picture on their website is of a JVN dress by Jovani. The dress they sent me is what is known as counterfeit! A cheaply made knock off that is similar in appearance, but NOT what is pictured. I have repetitively asked for a refund, they have done nothing!

I've bought a lot of stuff on Aliexpress any usually I am quite satisfied. I'm in Canada and free delivery from Asia usually takes 5 to 6 weeks which I can suffer given the good prices. You do need to be careful to buy from well rated stores that have good volume since its most definitely easier to resolve problems with the seller than thru an Aliexpress mediation.
I recently bought a smartphone meant to work on 3g in Canada, but didn't. Fault was clearly seller's (and manufacturer's). I had to jump thru many hoops to win dispute and in the end still had to pay for return shipping myself. $50 on a $150 purchase.
I still buy from Aliexpress but only trinkets which I wouldn't bother returning in case of an unresolved dispute.

I've been a constant buyer from Aliexpress for a year now. The site has gotten more strict on sellers so expect that currently almost all of them are legit. I used the term "almost" as there are still few unethical sellers out there that may scam you but it does'nt happen too often as compared to the one in iOffer (my god dont get me started on this one)

But anyway, it's best to review the seller stores first before purchasing anything. Some of these shops sells really cheaply made items but at least they deliver on time. Nvtheless, if you are really meticulous on your purchase in this site its best to look at reviews first from their previous buyers to know beforehand the type of product you are about to buy.

Always remember that if they are selling brand name products (adidas, nike, LV, etc) and their store only has below 100 items to sell and its a new store, its a fraud! No doubt! So be really careful. Another way to make sure the seller is legit is to chat / message them beforehand, if they respond to you in a non suspicious way, you could say they are legit.

The chat customer service on the app is below average because they cant speak english well enough for english speaking users but that's fine. If you cancel an order and claim a dispute they will surely refund you with their buyer protction program. I had cancelled one order from a shady seller and reported it on their end, i was refunded back my money in 7 days.

I ordered 2 pairs of distressed jeans, my credit card shows but i haven't received the jeans at all! Ali express can't be contacted by phone or email for some reason, I need my money back or the jeans I purchased in the right size! All customers should be warned of this site! Ali express needs to step up and do their do-diligence in customer service because it's horrible business practice to have paying customers for poor customer service.!

I purchased an EKEN H8R 4K 30fps action camera from an amazing company I found through Aliexpress called "Sportscam"
They specialize and sports cameras and have a great range of authentic products.
The person I emailed with questions, responded immediately with knowledgeable answers, so placed my order on Sept 9th. September 22nd. My order arrived, I was shocked! It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks minimum, often longer.
Not only was the EKEN camera authentic, it was loaded with the latest firmware, also offering 720p@ 120fps great for slow motion.
Onside the box, was also a very thoughtful Thank You note for purchasing the camera from them as well as a discount on your next purchase.
That's not all!... also included was a beautiful red Chinese lucky charm tassel. Nice touch!. Very thoughtful!
I will definitely buy from them again.

Most of my orders never arrived from last year and whatever or arrived was 3 sizes smaller. I stupidly ordered a lot for myself and friends! After several calls and emails nothing happened. They have completely removed my account now. Guys do not order anything from Aliexpress.
And all the good reviews from customers are a lie as Aliexpress asking them to write good review in exchange to refund part of the payment.
