Very very satisfied

I don't mean to offend anyone but if are getting bad products then you are definitely not a smart shopper. This site is similar to ebay so we can't blame bad products on Aliexpress. Also, I have stressed this with so many people. READ THE REVIEWS. I don't care how good the product looked in the picture, if there are no reviews then don't buy it. Use common sense people. Reviews with pictures are key. There have been so many times where I came upon products I really like but once I saw the photo review I immediately turned it down. Also read the reviews for the vendor and if they have a bad reputation with returns/exchanges then don't buy it. Be a SMART shopper not dumb ones like many that are below.

We all accept that things can go wrong but we hope for a quick resolution. This site does not value its customers. Stay away!.
Seller Let's Marry sold me a dress, head gear and veil for my sisters wedding. Promised delivery in 30 days which was fine as it was more than four months before the wedding. Dressed arrived and it was the wrong colour. No head gear, no veil. Contacted seller who did not offer any resolution and stopped communicating.
Put in complaint with AliExpress 6 months ago and followed up periodically. Keep getting told it will be followed up. No concern for the inconvenience caused.

The price is right

But the shipping is horrendous, worth the sacrifice if youre into doing in exchange for a real steal but be warned about such. They could be better about quality and one time they allowed a seller to cancel a transaction just cuz he listed it too low, lower than he meant to based on the competitors. We had a contract, not cool. I'm still giving 3 stars because things are crazy cheap on there.

If the item sent matches the item advertised there are few problems. Around 20% of the time the seller is dishonest in some respect and after your money, products are very low quality or do not match description - AliExpress does little to help customer.

Example: item purchased was not fit for purpose, provided photographic evidence and evidence of other purchasers stating the identical issue. The seller was dishonest and provided non genuine assistance, I opened a dispute to resolve & aliexpress provided assistance to the seller, resulting in full payment for a useless product being authorized and no action available to me. Dishonest seller and very little support

The store I bought from recently is blatantly dishonest and not professional at all. "Modern Times" is the name of the store which sold me a shirt with all the wrong measurements that don't match up with their descriptions. How can they sell a shirt 6cm short on bust and a few cm short on the shoulder and claimed that it's ok. The seller demands that it's their policy for customers to pay their own shipping and send back item in order to get full refund no matter what the reason is. I disputed that the the verdict was $7.85 refund. My repealing was not accepted because they said the shirt has value. Right, $40 at my loss!

How ridiculous is that when the measurements were so off the chart and the seller and Aliexpress still expecting the customers to accept as is.

MODERN TIMES should be on your list of crooked sellers on Aliexpress.

This Company is Spam and Crook. I ordered the product for Price of US $16.58 and paid by Credit Card. AliExpress obtained an authorization/approval number to transfer the funds; the transaction charge has appeared on my credit card account immediately. AliExpress thanks me for my payment. Then on next day AliExpress sent the email stated "... we have to cancel your order for security reasons" and advised me to "... provide specific documentation via "MyAppeal" process!?! Wow, the process is requiring to provide my driver's license, or social security #, or passport along with a credit card statement and a photo of the credit card. Very soon after this transaction, I got suspected charge on my credit card. I called to Credit Card Fraud Department and they told me that AliExpress requests sounded extremely suspicious. In America no one respectful business will try to collect this type of documents unless the company tries to do fraud and trick customer to strip them off. Beware and stay out from this scam!

Worst! Worst! Worst!

Will be my first and last purchase. Buyer protection is a big joke! Does not really work. They have inaccurate sizing. This site is the worst site ever, so never ever order from them or you'll get very frustrated/disappointed.

Poor Buyer's protection

The worst part of this site is the buyer's protection. The Aliexpress customer service does not value buyer's rights and allow unfair rip off to happen. I purchased a tablet from this site $336 and the tablet arrived completely cracked and damaged. After uploading all the picture evidence. The aliexpress customer team judged my dispute as invalid and no refund was given. I ended up with paying $336 for a piece of junk.

Bought a Doogee pro F3 phone. After receiving it, i realized it's logging and collecting data only to send to redundant apps, like flashlight, and other known tracing apps.

Seller asked me to return the phone to root it for me, so I returned the phone, but since tracking costs us north americans around 80$, which is half the price of the phone, i sent it without tracking.

So now, the seller doesn't even recognize my return, and my money is gone, and there is no more phone.

1 star is too much for them. Pay the extra 1$ for ebay fees, and buy from Ebay as i didn't encounter any issues like that with them in 10 years.

Where is my package?!

I ordered some hair from Lisa hair last week and paid 12 dollars extra for 'speedy delivery'. My estimated order date was 10/24 and it is still stuck in Flushing, NY. That may not be the vendors faults... but when I contacted the vendor I barely understood what she was saying (typed). When I expressed to her that I needed it by Friday she said I should get it the next day (today) it has STILL not moved. She said I will be refunded for shipping but I still haven't gotten any updates on will that will be or when my package will be delivered. I choose this vendor because of the good reviews but honestly this is the last time I will be buying anything from this site. Keeping it local.

I purchased 2 diffusers from Shenzhen Bester Energy Saving Technology Ltd. on aliexpress. He sent me one that worked with all its items and one that did not come with the correct plug. I sent all the evidence i had ad the seller provided no proof and aliexpress still would not give me a refund or force the seller to send me the correct plug. I spend over 6 hours on customer service and no one could direct me to the team working on my dispute. Even after i working this for 7 weeks they closed my dispute and left me with an unworking product! I am disgusted. And will be spreading the word. I selected the correct plug during the buying process and because the seller felt i should somehow contact him because he is too lazy to look at the second order he sent me the wrong plug and aliexpress DID NOT ADVOCATE FOR ME. I provided all the evidence and they closed my dispute and would not allow me to fight it. DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>!

Biggest Ripoff Ever!

I spent almost $200 on some "Lego" products. They were replicas of 3 big, retired Lego sets that are ridiculously priced now, so I thought I'd give the replicas a shot. The 3 big sets had so many missing and defective pieces (almost 200 pieces were missing or defective) that the sets were useless. The seller offered to refund $3.00 of my $200 spent for the 3 defective sets. Needless to say, I was not happy with their offer. Aliexpress's "solution" wasn't any better. Their offer was for $16 (which they said were for the missing pieces), or I could (at my expense) ship the 3 defective sets back to China from the USA for a full refund. Now, shipping within the USA is expensive enough, but they expected ME to pay to ship THEIR defective products back in order to get a refund on THEIR defective products. I'm sure the shipping alone (because 3 big sets are pretty heavy and it is international shipping) will be at least half of what I paid to get their crappy products. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS. Not only will they send you crappy products, they will expect you to pay to send their crappy products back if you want any kind of reasonable refund.

If giving this place negative stars was an option, I'd do that.
I ordered a wig at the beginning of September and the delivery date was supposed to be a week before my convention. The wig did not only arrive a week LATE, but the tracking information was never updated and I got no kind of notification that it would arrive so late. I actually just looked at my order to leave feedback (no surprise, I can't do it. Seller won't let me) and it still says 'Awaiting delivery' even though I've had the item for a month. I no longer need the item and the package is still unopened, as it came in late and my convention expired. I tried opening a dispute to request a return and refund but the cheapskate seller waited until the very last day to answer and refuse the request. Every time I open ANOTHER dispute, it gets shot down only to have the 'You have received your goods' reply thrown in my face as if I am blind and don't know that already. I tried talking on livechat with a representative- but now I am pretty sure they just put on airs to make it seem like they are taking care of the problem, but are probably just laughing at you behind a screen and do nothing. Just as everyone else has said, their buyer protection policy is just a fake write-up to make it seem like a more legitimate business and to make you feel comfortable shopping with them just so you can have your money stolen... and I learned this the hard way. I am pretty sure any positive reviews are either paid for or written by a company employee- for every one 'good' review there seem to be a hundred bad ones surrounding it- so that seems skeptical as well. Just look up any Aliexpress review site... every one of them has more bad reviews than acceptable. I am usually a very cautious buyer and do my research before shopping- the only reason I ended up here is this is the only place that carried my wig for a reasonable price and with free shipping (the seller also had a good rating), so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway. I will not shop here again and I will leave a negative review everywhere I can to show people this site is absolute garbage with no credibility whatsoever. If you don't listen to any other review or opinion about this site or other affiliated companies, listen to mine and take your business elsewhere. Far Far elsewhere.

Its been over a month since i placed order my package was supposed to be here by 10/22 and when I wrote complaining that it never arrived seller said we extended deliver by date he extended his OWN deadline to november! Arrive by date should not change as it suits seller its there for a reason. Why put it if the owner can change it after purchase. THIS SITE IS A SCAM MULTIPLE REVIEWS SAY NEVER RECEIVED ITEM... now i have to spend weeks trying to fight to get my money back from him before then fighting with site for more weeks... if i even get it back i hope... the seller said things like trust this and that. What a nightmare i'm upset I listened to fake reviews after I already had a bad feeling about the site being legit... stick to ebay and amazon!

Its not a bad website but it all depends on the seller you buy from. What l would say about Aliexpress is you really need to do a thorough search on the sellers and seeing their reviews then you buy, never do instant buying just cos of the price you will loose your money.

On all my transactions with them all my disputes have been dealt with in a satisfying way that l was pleased with, but there are some cases where you have to move heaven and earth for your refund,

My only problem is their new payment security checks they ask for your id and credit card pictures so they can verify your order

To difficult to use

Never have issues with ebay, amazon or anything with PayPal. 75% of time in aliexpress payment gets closed even after visa sends code through my bank that I verify. There fellows not ready for prime time. Overall rating of 2 out of 5 confirms this. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER! Bought a sink faucet from the seller known as GOODFAUCET and when it arrived it was much wider than listed in the description, so I couldn't use it. Sent messages to the seller and he admitted to the mistake and promised to send me out a replacement. Kept stringing me along until the dispute period ran out and then never sent me my money back or a replacement item. When I contacted the customer service dept, via live chat, on 4 separate occasions, each assured me that they would take care of the matter and get back to me. None of them ever did. They could see all of the messages between the seller and myself, proving that he admitted to sending the wrong item and promising to fix it,. Yet they did NOTHING to get my money back or suspend the seller. The representatives that I chatted with were Jer, Chanter and Alessandra, and they all just placated me, told lies, and promised to fix the situation for me, but none of them ever even bothered to get back to me. This lying, cheating seller is still allowed to stay on the site and sell to others to cheat them too. BUYERS BEWARE!

I have been using Ali for years and have not had issues with the cosplays, wigs, and etc. I have bought from them. However, be wary that there are different sellers, companies, and etc. that sell things on Ali. Some sellers are 100% ripoffs which is why you need to really check up their profile/page/etc. Make sure you read through all the reviews on the product you want to get from Ali. You HAVE to inspect the sellers all the way to determine whether or not you'll risk getting a good product or a terrible ripoff.

The coat sizes displayed on this web sight are inaccurate. I had ordered a faux fur coat according to the measurements displayed and when i received the coat it was 2 sizes too small
