I have ordered 4 LG HG2 ******* 3000mAh Batteries. For 60 days I was waiting and with no tracking information. I asked for Buyer Protection Extension (Aliexpress) but nothing came. I open a dispute and they immediately gave it to me.
They had delayed me of getting batteries that I needed for 60 days. They had enchain my money (and still do) that I could use to another serious seller and do my job. Yhey gave me no excuse and no information about my order. What kind of a store they are? They are unacceptable...

Site is not bad but be careful of Jewelry Factory they run a number of stores at AliExpress. They are crooks. Customer service is not of much use at AliExpress either.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter in November for Christmas. They were dispatched separately but I was only given one tracking number. In mid January one pair arrived and the buyer marked off the order as being delivered. I uploaded a photo with the order number and the weight of the package and the value of one pair clearly printed and yet the dispute team said I did not have any evidence and awarded full payment for both pairs to the seller. The website is designed to frustrate you and prevent you from making a complaint. The Live Chat was also time consuming, frustrating and a wasted of time. All in all very bad service, none of the agreed time frames were adhered to and very dishonest business acumen. Buyer Beware!
Have ordered nail products, decorations & craft dies & LED diodes.
DO NOT BUY NAIL products, you will not get them. Ordered diodes & loved them. Craft dies - hit & miss. Some are great & some are junk, same with the decorations.

OFFERED ME A 20%DISC WHICH WAS $10 AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO MORE BECAUSE THEY PAID $20 TO SHIP IT TO ME. BULL$#*!. EVEN STOPPED COMMUNICATING AND RESPONDING TO MESSAGES AFTER THAT. BE CAREFUL. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ON THAT SITE.
I bought at aliexpress on RGANO Professional Peripherals Store a logitech mouse. Everything indicated that it would be genuine and the price was rather lower than in other online stores. When I received it I could't believe I had just bought a 23 dollar mouse worse than a 3 dollar one just by sliding it or scrolling a first time. The mouse is far from being genuine but the seller didn't admit it and aliexpress did not contact me to solve the problem. When I agreed with the seller to return the product he said I had to pay the return post. I couldn't do it because it would cost me the double I had paid for the mouse. Attached are photos with the product number and the serial number and the face of the mouse with no logo in the front.
These people are fraud. I placed an order 3 months ago and never received anything, when I asked for my money back I was told the dispute I issued was invalid. They are refusing to refund me and it's over 100$. It's theft if you ask me and the customer service is stupid they all repeat the same crap every time. I'll make sure No one I know ever orders from this company ever again. FRAUD!
A lot of the items on the aliexpress seems to be original but it isn't, a lot of fake things are on the website so be carefull what are you buying.
Don't buy anything from AliExpress. They do not honor their purchase protection. I did not receive an item, although the tracking said it was delivered. I let the seller know that since it was international shipping they would have to file a trace on the package. Did that go anywhere? Heck no. What was I to submit for proof that I did not receive my package ( and we have locking mailboxes, so it was unlikely that it was stolen randomly). A picture of an empty mailbox maybe? Their dispute process sucks, I have lost a lot of money and tried to get refunds but no help from AliExpress. They have numerous competitors, so I will try those for my purchases. Don't make my mistake - stay away from these shysters.

Bought one of two back packs offered. They sent the wrong (smaller) one. When I complained they asked me to keep the smaller bag and next time I get a discount.
Long story cut short... after a lot of back and forth (they ended up mocking me and sending crying emotive) they refunded me half. Now I'm stuck with a useless bag I don't want. Go back to Ebay. This mob are a rip off!
I ordered one small item at the end of November, 2016. They told me it should arrive not later than January 21,2017. Today is Jan 24 (55 days of waiting) and they give me new date Feb 18. I am sure in Feb 18, will be new date - March and so on.

The item I purchased was not what I received in the mail. I have bought many things from this site. But I have problem with 2 sets of Active Noise Cancelling earphones. They will not hold their charge. One runs out after about 10 minutes and the other runs out after about 2 hours. I opened a dispute and got nowhere from them. I was asked repeatedly to furnish video evidence, but how can I video the earphone for 2 hours? I wanted to send them an email, but could only chat with them. When I did so, I obviously was chatting to a robot, for I only got general, preprogrammed response. This is unlike AMAZON where I ALWAYS get an emailed reply within 24 hours. Their customer service is worse than useless, it just makes the customer angrier. ORDER: **************

My partner just passed away as I started receiving my credit card bill and I didn't notice right away that there were unwarranted charges. You should be true to your words if It has been delivered then it should be but why is it labeled already delivered when I myself didn't received it as of now. I order 4 banks from Ali express on November 10,2016 for Christmas gifts and they were paid on November 11,2016. The site I order from said delivery would be in 12-20 days and it clearly said "if you finish the payment today your order will arrive within the delivery time". They claim to have a buyer protection in place which is a scam. After 60 days I filed a dispute under this useless buyer protection as I had to replace these Christmas gifts elsewhere. The seller finally delivered in the middle of January and won't refund or allow returns and so I uploaded my evidence of the guaranteed 12-20 day delivery time in my dispute only to find that they removed my evidence and only shows their seller's evidence so they can release my money to their seller. They also added a comment from me in the dispute that I never even made. They lied when they said your order has been shipped when it never was shipped as I checked on it up to Christmas. You can not talk to a person at Ali Express. They are in business only to sell products and to protect their sellers not their buyers. They shouldn't even get 1 star.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
