Sent Meticulous proper info as per my order. (LED strips for my TV) They sent totally wrong type. Cost me $84 CDN. E-mailed them with photos of their mistake as per their request. 9 days later still no reply. Very quick replies when they wanted my money though!. Don't be fooled. The manual gives you a wron link, so just search google for "ECG Viewer manager" and go to Heal Force 180D and download it.
