Сколько лет Алиэкспресс борется с недобросовестными продавцами а толку ноль, покупка как минное поле, чуть оступился и уже купил хрен знает что, и потом ты же должен доказать что товар подделка, каждый товар надо внимательно изучать, особенно описание, так как в название одно а в описание совсем другой товар. неоднократно с этим сталкиваюсь. Все чаще заказываю на других площадках.

Cuando yo compro un producto y me equivoco en la talla, yo asumo mi responsabilidad. Pero cuando un vendedor deliberadamente envía una talla distinta (porque no tiene la que yo he pedido)... o envia un producto diferente al comprado (porque no tiene disponible ese producto)... es injusto que yo deba pagar los gastos de devolucion del producto.
La culpa es del vendedor y no mia. Los vendedores fraudulentos, envian un producto diferente y cuando abres disputa, no te devuelven el dinero si no envias el producto a china.
Los vendedores lo saben y estan enviando productos diferentes para quedarse con nuestro dinero y aliexpres no hace nada. Estoy enfadada
