After 100+ orders I can safely say that I am very satisfied with the website and their procedures. The products have not always been without problems, but Aliexpress service has always been very helpful. Decided to try and order a few things from China. Ordered a ham radio antenna that costs $30 in the US. It was $7 from this website. Took 3 weeks, but worth the wait. And no... not a knockoff but the real deal. Two other orders the same. All orders under $25 dollars, but so far great results!

Never buy from aliexpress unless your mad I bought six items I payed with credit card and shipping they delivered to the main post office and I had to pay extra charge 135 cause they didn't deliver to my post office nor house and I was waiting more than two months for it to deliver and the worst thing is that they didn't deliver the expensive turtle beach headphones that I ordered as a gift for my brother and when I opened a dispute they didn't do anything and said the item is in the post office bunch of thiefs

So I ask several times the seller (Shop name: SallyWu) what happens and I got always the answer, please be patient and wait.
In December I finally tried to get in contact directly with Aliexpress, and now the horror started. Aliexpress gives you the promise to get you money back if the delivery fails, but you have no possibility to get in contact with them.
There is a only a web site for dispute, but on the other end you are talking to a software, and that tells you only some standard help advices. If you try to send them an email you do not get any answer. All this I tried tree times and than I gave up.
For me is Aliexpress died now.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
