I have had nearly everything delivered. The few items that didn't arrive I got my money back. Only one I didn't get my money back straight away and Aliexpress stept in and resolved the issue and returnd me my money.

My package was lost due to shipping. I asked Aliexpress for help in contacting the vendor to resolve the issue. A week later, the package was already aired. It is very good that they thought it was important and that all the support was given to me for my safety. Thanks Aliexpress :)

Мне очень нравится площадка. Покупаю здесь часто и много. В основном то, что у нас найти или очень трудно, или невозможно, или то, что у нас в 2-3 раза дороже. Еще бы доставка была побыстрее... Но это уже почта России...

Работает отлично, бывали "косяки", но в процентном сообношении просто равны пратически нулю, даволен сервисом, пользуюсь уже больше 4 лет, что не мало важно работает в Крыму!

I had a case that the good was not arrived and seller didnt have evidence that goods was delivered but aliexpress decide to pay the seller!
