The Site is Alibaba minus the buying of massive Containers of Inventory. I have saved hand over fist from prices on other sites because of utilizing Free Shipping if you see one item that has Shipping Prices then skip over & there is more of the same thing w/o. I have bought e-Bike parts I can't find anywhere else in the whole World. The pic is of an e-Bike I made a large part including the Front Wheel Aluminum mag Motor from Ali-Express!

The site is technically fine for most of the part, but there is no option to remember my login and it gets pretty annoying to constantly re-login. The customer protection is fine and you can always raise a dispute if the seller doesn't deliver what's promised. The chat with the customer support and reporting of bugs is pretty difficult and annoying, and generally the site would need some western usability expert to fix the various UI/UX problems.

Love this website. You can find all the expensive things you've always wanted, for less than half the price! My biggest complaint is just searching for things on the site can be a little tedious. And the coupons are hard to figure out depending on the type.

I have by now ordered few hundreds of products from AliExpress in the past 3-4 years, and i am overall very satisfied not only by the cheap product price but also by the customer care aliexpress have if you run into any kind of problem with product delivery or quality. I have had a fair amount of disputes which have of course been resolved into my favor because of a faulty product or undelivered product, so I would say they are reliable and have reliable customer support.
For anyone who is not in a hurry to buy anything, you will not find many places (if any) than AliExpress.

The hair was amazing, really good for the price! Very easy to achieve the water wave look with this hair.
I got 24'' 26'' 28'' x 20'' closure for a great price in total - £121.90

The delivery time was super fast - 5 days to the UK.
Overall, I was so impressed with the quality and the outcome. Even though shedding is minimal. But it is curly hair so.

Delivery from an European Warehouse didn't go in days as promised but was delayed by weeks. I had to complain many times for the delivery finally to be proceed.

Then 8 months after delivery, the product (robot vacuum cleaner Roborock S55 Xiaomi) stopped working, due to quality issues. The seller on Aliexpress (Chinese Intelligence Store / Store-ID *******) is willing to send me a spare part (without proper check of the problem), which I would have to install myself. They even request me to pay the shipping costs for the spar parts. European Laws guaranty products again defects for 2 years. There is no way to negotiate with the seller, he refuses to apply proper guaranty.

Aliexpress has no customer service to escalate the issue.

Really disappointing.
