Costumer service is good. Most of the interactions are very good, sometimes the cargo is a problem customer satisfaction is fine.
I just recently purchased alot of cosplay items off this site and before i purchased my items i was able to talk to the customer service rep from the company i was purchasing from.
That made my whole process very easy and i feel like i will very happy with my purchases. I've ordered of other sites that say strive for 100% customer service and satisfaction like EZCOSPLAY but trust me they don't! Check out my EZCOSPLAY review and you'll know why. I will ONLY EVER buy from Aliexpress.com in the furture, because trust is the most important thing here.
Once my order arrives i will revisit this review, but so far they have exceeded my expectations.

I've been on Aliexpress or 3 years and a Dimond member. Ordering is easy with very few issues this is backed with great customer service. Each time my order didn't come I get a refund or repurchase it. I know some are skeptical about ordering from China but have no worries. Base on my experience with Ali it always been great.
