I am having the terrible experience on two products I purchased from Ali express. First, I bought a VK world S8 mobile phone for £122.00 + Tax. On testing the phone, I found it has faulty GPS when informed the seller and opened a return case. I was told the post the phone back to the seller in china on my own cost. I was not offered any cost towards the postage at all. I went to post office and I was told that it does come under prohibited item because of the lithium battery so I cannot sent it. Informed Aliexpress and asked them for collection or any other alternate but unfortunately because their useless customer services they favoured dodgy seller by releasing the funds and kept me on false hope for months. Then I decided not buy any phone from aliexpress again. I did not use the service for the long time.
Later on, I started buying electronics components which of lower values. It worked ok for small transactions.
Now I am again in the same trap when I purchase and replacement screen about £12.82. Seller has sent me a screen with dead pixels and it is also previously marked by the seller which shows that seller knew it before it was despatch. I opened return and seller tried manipulating through messaging to emphasise to close the return. I was obviously looking the response from customer services and guess what same thing, Ali express instructed to post back the item to chine on my expense and here I am in the same trap. Why would I pay for postage it should be provided by the seller as it is his responsibility to take the faulty item back.
I am again being given false hope from Aliexpress that higher team is looking into it...
Eventually they realise the fund to another scammer and I will be left with the faulty product.
Another advise never buy any seeds of plants from aliexpress, you will always receive Chinese weed and not the same plant as advertised.
Shame on Aliexpress obliging the scammers again.

Most of items I purchased are very nice. When my order went to a wrong address, Aliexpress immediately returned my money. Also, when my purchase did not arrive within given time, I was also fully reimbursed. The item I purchased did arrive few days after that, so I had both the purchased item and my money back. Only this month I bought more than 25 items from Aliexpress and will definitely buy more. Very safe shopping, almost all items are shipped with tracking numbers, I never had to pay customs fee.

I have around 50 orders done at AliExpress, Two orders where not 100% correct, but 80%, but these 20% of the 2 orders is nicely solved via AliExpress intervention in a fast correct way as it should be.
Up to now I am happy with AliExpress, and waiting for the next deliveries (still 9 outstanding).
Personnaly I recommend the AliExpress Standard shipping method. I prefer this one above others. The cheaper ones are not tracked and can give long delivery times > 1 or 2 Months (as mentioned on the site - so no suprise-), while AliExpress standard shipping is always delivered within ~2 weeks according my experience up to now in the Netherlands.
I received the item not as described on the website from ZNP and after sending the pics and the copy of order along with descriptions but Ali express told me to send it back with tracking number to china instead of asking supplier to send me the actual product with return envelope so I can send back the wrong product. I suggest don't buy from this company they are fraud

Ali is the place of thousands of miserable sellers who sell bad quality products or send not full complex of items as described... and in this case if you don't do vidoe of unpacking they will refund you a half in best case so still you lose mone. A lot of other tricks you can get in... So it is not safety place and i would not recommend it, especially for buying expensive goods
