Although I have a degree in economy, I've never felt like business is my thing. I had an impression, that you have to be fully invested in it and the stakes are high. Maybe a have ptsd - my father tried to run the coffee shop and he lost ton of money on it lmao. But my husband convinced me to try this platform. We had some savings and we decided to try ourselves in pet industry. We are happy parents of two beautiful Chihuahuas, so that's was kind of our thing. My favorite part is that you just pay money and alidropship does everything for you lol. You just have to relax and wait for your store to start make some money. I think we have chosen the right niche, because our online pet store, from my perspective, is pretty successful. I even buy cute stuff for my dogs from it as well. Of course, in terms of business, my success standards are pretty low - I just didn't want to lose all my savings on my business, like father like daughter haha. But everything went beyond my expectations! And I love that we have personal manager and we can contact him literally any time. I would totally recommend alidropship, just make sure you pick the right niche like we did.

I paid for a added on during their trial membership and was scheduled to meet with someone 6/25 but yet I keep receiving emails as if I was never subscribed and no one called me or responded to my emails. I had to go through my bank to issue a refund. Don't waste your money nor time with this company they are a rip off and no contact or customer service number.

I wont recommend this if you are dealing in non US$ currency because they simply dont have function to report on non US$ currencies. For the reporting purpose you will have to manually input your cost and sales price in an Excel sheet to know your profit which is very hectic if you are dealing in volumes.
When asked when will they have other currencies supported I was told it may take months. Before paying for their services I asked several time if it supports US$ in all aspect for which I was told 'Yes' but it was a lie.

Highly recommended, the customer support is awesome. They respond very quick. Keep it up. They fix my problem right away.

AliDropship is an amazing e-Commerce platform. If you email their customer service receive a reply in less than an hour.
Most of the time you are attended by, not only one expert but customer service 4 personnel and that usually includes the team leader.
The only payment I made is $700.00 and my yearly payment now is just $45. Is not that amazing?
