I bought a book from here about a couple of weeks ago. The delivery time was about average and decent but when I got the book it had most of the answers filled in. Unfortunately the book wasn't worth nearly $100.

The ordering process was extremely smooth, clear, and user friendly!

I love alibris, the site is easy to navigate & it's always clear & easy to understand.

I like the choices available in the selections I look for. However, i don't like the shipping costs which sometimes is way more than the total costs of the books.

I like the multitude of search options. It certainly helps zero in on exactly what I'm seeking.

Good. However, descriptions are starting to suffer, and Shipping is getting very expensive!

It was easy to change the address error I made. It was also uncomplicated overall.

Had to type in my state. Typed full name in and gave me error to only use 2 letters. Checkout system should be able to figure that out from my input

I love Alibris. I'm a student and plan to use them for all of my textbook needs.

I DO NOT like that you snuck in your 'news letter' to trash up my inbox with. You should leave that check box blank or CHANGE your format so that I MUST first decide to check or unchek before proceeding- especially after I ALREADY checked DO NOT recieve 'coupons'- which is the same thing. That's some straight up telemarketer, spam annoyance tactic.
