I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it since I no longer needed it but it was too late to cancel when customer service finally got back to me two days after the order was placed. I was told I could return the book after I had received it. I received it today and the front cover of the paperback textbook was ripped almost in half. The quality of the book itself is tolerable. With the shipping costs and the duty fees, the textbook was not worth the trouble.

When I was younger, I had a vegetable garden and would pick berries on outings. I canned my produce for several years but put it aside to raise kids and run a business. A friend shared some wonderful homemade jellies with us that got me interested in canning again. I hoped to find a good canning book to produce product as good as my friend's. I ordered the exact same book my friend used. It arrived quickly, was in excellent condition all at a reasonable price. Hope to enjoy my own jellies soon!

I found the experience seamless BUT I was not initially aware that I was ordering from multiple different vendors so was surprised in the end by the shipping costs. That said after having invested the time ordering the books that I wanted I was unwilling to not proceed with the purchase. In the end the price with shipping was not really a bargain compared with other sources but I took comfort that I'd supported numerous independent sellers.

My books are in good condition as promised. They arrived in a fairly timely manner. They were cheap, and the overall price was still very good, but man, shipping was still kind of expensive. But hey, what are you gonna do? My only issue was that one of the books I ordered had a provided tracking number that didn't work, so I couldn't actually track it. Thankfully, that was the book I needed less urgently, and it did still get here. So, yeah, all in all, pretty good.
