Book was described as near fine. In actuality, it was near new, in superb condition AND was signed by the authors! Price was very reasonable, all things considered. Would buy another one if they had it.

Helped my brother out and bought him a book he needs to have but won't bother ordering on his own. Found an excellent price, and it made it to him no problem. I suppose what should be noted is that there were no problems shipping to a different name and address so long as the billing address was correct and verified. Alibris sent my package to my neighbors house. Good thing I have kind neighbors. Horrible packaging, good prices, and slow delivery.

It is EXTREMELY HELPFUL to know what edition I am looking at. Mass-market PB, trade PB, or hardcover. Many sellers lie about trade PBs to get rid of them. They are too big to fit on my fiction bookshelves.

Sorry this is not "useful" feedback, but Alibris is THE BEST! Your shopping cart link to seller's "store" (search pane) is very valuable for minimizing shipments when ordering multiple books.

Happy to find this book. I used the book when teaching. It lends itself to an art project with paper cutting and has a song.

Book was in great shape, just as described, great price, prompt delivery.

This item was extremely well packaged. Excellent! The outside cover of the book is rather shabby but the important part, the text is in really good shape. This book is a real classic and I wanted a hard cover version. So, this particular item is acceptable. I have ordered from this source before and been entirely satisfied. I'll order from them again if the occasion arises.

There was no box to type in my coupon code for the online checkout. Why even bother giving us a code?

I may have overlooked Alibris, because it should have been the first website I tried.
They have a better selection, and they have the publisher dates on every book.
