The book I ordered arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described on the website

Found my book, ordered it, and went on my way quickly and efficiently.

The items were easy to find and offered at good prices. Most of them are available in hardback, which I prefer.

Everything was as described in the order. The order was relatively quick.

It cost me 60% of the price of the goods I bought to ship them. $15 to ship $25 worth of goods. I don't buy from alibris as much as other places because of this cost factor. I can buy from others for more and still pay less overall.

I was able to find the books I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Deliveries were outside the expected date range, but they did eventually arrive. When I followed up with support they were very cordial and helpful. They also reassured that if I did not received the books within 30 days they would consider the books lost and provide a full refund.

I am in Canada and tracking the shipment was limited to US destinations. It would also show the items as delivered even though the product was still in the US.

I really love ordering books and videos from Alibris. I recommend it to my family.

The books I wanted were hard to find but Alibris had them at a great price. Delivery was prompt as projected with no surprises. Once books arrived the packaging was flawless and books were in great shape. Thanks. It's a pleasure doing business.

Throughout my studies and general reading Alibris has made available easy access to books from a variety of sources.

I like that the system calculates the total cost with shipping of all the items the customer chose and offers to replace them with the same items from other sellers or other inventory from the same seller, for a lower total price than those items the customer originally chose.
I don't bother reading perfect 5-star reviews, so I don't give perfect scores, because I want people to read my reviews. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star review of my current experience with alibris. Also, there's always room for improvement.

I was able to find the book I was looking for. It was in *perfect* condition! It came relatively quickly. The only thing I would change would be if there could be more detailed tracking for the shipment. We live in a hi density area and there are many "porch pirates" here. Plans have to be made if things might be delivered when we're not home.
It all worked out well this time. Since it was only one book, it fit in my mailbox (so I'll try to keep it in mind when I order again - only one, smallish book at a time)
