This was my first time ordering from Alibris, and it was a great experience. I was looking for a movie that's hard to find and not available to stream, and I snagged a blu-ray for a really good price. It arrived in near-perfect condition for a used item. I will definitely order from Alibris again!

Price was good, book is in great condition. Usps messed up the shipping, got stuck in Chicago for awhile, its resolved, received the book.

First time shopper on alibris. Understanding shipping was confusing. At one point, I read a message that said if I added $55 more to my cart, I'd get free shipping - or so I thought - but that didn't work out. Coupon code didn't give much of a discount. It was just confusing.

I have been looking for this book as my house was burned down. The author, Dr Ernest Gordon was one of my professors at Princeton. This book is second edition of the original book on the actual story of the River Kwai. The used book is grossly overpriced for a paperback, but worth it to have in my new library.

I understand the need for shipping fees but I didn't care for paying separate shipping for each item when ordering from a single site. Paying multiple shipping fees when ordering from a single site makes me far less likely to purchase from that site again.

Don't tell me how much time I need to spend on this. STOP. I WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE "FEEDBACK" SINCE YOU WON'T ACCEPT WHAT I'M WILLING TO DO. YOU'RE NOT PAYING FOR MY TIME

I placed an order for two books, one I needed for a class, the other I kinda wanted but it got me over the threshold for discounted shipping. The book I needed was canceled (and no longer available at the price I paid) but the other was sent with the shipping charge.
If part of an order is cancelled, it should be confirmed that the rest is still wanted.

Ordered a book recently via Alibris. The book was delivered in a timely manner, and was in mint condition. I'll continue to order books on Alibris due to solid customer service, timely shipping and good products.

The item arrived much sooner than was predicted, so very happy about that! And in good shape. Although I was less happy about how the delivery person curled it up and stuffed it in my mailbox. I was glad it wasn't in there very long.

So far so good! Looking forward to getting the book! As long as the book arrives in the window of 3-15 days as promised, I will be very happy!

Quick and easy way to find books I just have to have. I find the book, I click, check out and then it comes in the mail. I love the process.

Your shipping charges are ridiculous. Media mail is much cheaper. And I know it does not have tracking…. However we. Should have option!

This review is a general review. Whenever I need/want to buy a book, I choose to buy a used book. I ALWAYS find what I'm looking for. Prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. What could be better?

Appreciate the array of items! Never knew they sold movies! And, got a last minute $1.00 discount while checking out. I have bought many books from this seller. Wish shipping costs were a bit less costly.

There a usually several options in different states to choose from, depending where you live in the country, which sometimes saves on shipping. I do wish there were better descriptions of what the quality of the book is like, though, such as if the book has a CD or patterns, if those are still with the book or not.
