I received an email indicating that my order could not be filled and was offered a close substitute for the original order. Given the inconvenience, I asked/emailed a request for a coupon code. I did not receive a reply. I am disappointed because a small gesture, such as a slight discount from a coupon, would have gone a long way to a loyal customer.
