I received excellent customer service from Alibris. The ordering process was efficient and user friendly. The prices are reasonable and I received my book within a few days. I am a very satisfied customer.

When my CD Package finally came the CD cover was creased in the corner and even worn down a bit as if it was beat up while on its way here. When the CD finally came and I put it on the CD player the CD kept skipping some lyrics as if my CD was glitched so my service over all was not good at all.

This rare Mark Ryden volume was delivered quickly, well-packed and undamaged in brand new condition, exactly as described. Very fairly priced, too.

As many folks know, gradually, even inevitably, CD's are becoming passe, impossible to purchase, especially at reasonable prices and newer technology is being marketed aggressively.
At the same time, CD's are still a wonderful item, especially for classical music collections. In this light, Alibris is a valuable find and this is deeply appreciated by this consumer.

I bought this guitar lesson book in the 80s and learned from it and moved on. Today I needed this book to teach guitar (I have no idea where the first one went to) and Alibris had it. I have another student who will be purchasing from you! I was discouraged looking for this book and also sticker shocked until I came upon Alibris's web site.

There is always the book I want at a reasonable price. I have never had any problem getting my order shipped on time.

I ordered a copy of Simmons' Endymion which was listed as being in good condition. It was anything but a good copy. It was, at best, a fair copy, arguably a poor copy.

There was a significant delay (over two weeks) between when the shipping label was printed to when the product was actually received by USPS for shipping - when I reached out to the seller for clarification about this, they did not engage or explain why it took so long.
