Great pricing! They had just what I wanted in great condition!

Very easy to use and had the very book I have been searching for that is out of print. Also, able to buy a very good condition book so I hope it arrives that way.

I can usually count on finding the author or title I am searching for with great prices and service.

One order didn't arrive even though the shipper said it did. ThriftBooks refunded the cost of the order. This is the first time something I ordered didn't arrive. I'm pleased the way they handled it, quick responses and not a problem with the refund. I will continue to suggest to others to use Alibris. Thanks (Hopefully this next order will arrive!) Merry

Book came as advertised, no issues with shipping or communication.

Book was described as a hard bound edition. But came with soft covers.

Great range of options, reasonable prices, easy to navigate website, fast service—everything about using alibris makes sense and is a superior experience to Amazon. Do not use Amazon. There is no reason to use Amazon instead of Alibris. Jeff Bezos is the human equivalent of a piece of food stuck between your teeth. In addition to contributing some unthinkable amount of money to Donald Trump's inauguration party, he treats his employees like toilet paper while blasting himself into outta space. Truly we are living in the second Gilded Age. Use Alibris.

Box used for storing the books arrived damaged. The books and box were shipped in just a bag which likely led to the box being damaged.

I was looking for a specific book for my husband for Christmas and the only vendor I found that had the book in stock (used/in great condition) was Alibris. They charged a very fair price compared to other online retailers for this book and the shipping was fast. Purchasing from them was an easy, efficient process with no problems.
